I am visiting Buffalo this weekend on a nostalgia trip and went to Highmark today. The sight of the new stadium is quite incredible. With the flyover videos and the ground level view, I think it's going to be quite incredible when it's ready.

To re-state and add to your point: There is more than one law enforcement agency with possible jurisdiction. There are confidentiality concerns in these types of cases. Credible media outlets reported that she posted the report on her social media. The civil suit stated that a report was filed. In addition, there's a 3rd possible law enforcement agency where the report may have been filed... The University of Kentucky Police Department. I don't get the skeptical witch hunt as to whether a report was filed.
