  2. Jays beat the Yanks last night to move onto the ALCS
  3. That's probably the best looking one in Alabama..........looks like she's still got all her teeth too.
  4. I was speaking of the U.S. economy. The 'supply, and demand market', is rigged. I'm old enough to remember, single wage earner households. Why not raise wages along with the compulsion, to squeeze America dry? Some 'Regular guys', just might wind up in a cardboard box for living quarters someday. Come to think of it, there are millions of such individuals, already.
  5. Speaking of which, i've got some leopard print underwear........it's got a few extra spots, but that's a true story right there.
  6. Mitigating circumstances aren’t mentioned in my sources. But really, what justifies shooting a priest in the face? Why don’t you explain your statement.
  7. Does your brain rattle in your skull like a marble in a spray paint can?
  8. What you call bad habits, I prefer to think of as maintaining traditions. It feels much better that way.
  9. I doubt it, especially in south beach. But I doubt he shows up in a clemson helmet
  10. Naturally the reaction to our 1st loss was overblown but it all comes with an obvious weakness that is glaring with our pass coverage and pursuit. When is Beane going to fortify this crappy secondary. You see KC, Baltimore making moves when they have holes, Beane likes to wait until the offseason. Hairston is already 6 games in before hitting the field. Do we really expect him to make a difference within 3 or 4 weeks?. Strong, has a significant neck injury. What’s with Hancock? All these draft choices are MIA. Our FAs, Hoecht and Ogenjobi are PED enthusiasts and will finally play in week 7. I know we have cap issues but good GMs know how to make moves. Too much reliance on Josh and Cook will result in more outcomes like NE.
  11. Beane is as good a GM as we could hope for. McD has his flaws, but Andy Reid is the only guy I would expect to have a better chance of winning the SB. I think hiring anyone else is just rolling the dice. And Andy Reid ain't available.
  12. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6697771/2025/10/08/how-patriots-took-down-unbeaten-bills/?source=dailyemail&campaign=601983&userId=6953080&source=dailyemail (Fodder for @GunnerBill, @HappyDays, and @Kirby Jackson) “New England did a really good job, for the most part, of keeping a roof on stuff, and we’re going to make Josh Allen hold on to the ball or take a lot of the underneath stuff,” Klassen says. “And I think at a certain point he got pretty antsy with that and started making a few mistakes.” Allen’s bad games still look an awful lot like good ones, but New England did push the MVP into working further downfield than he normally does, and forced a red zone interception that kept Buffalo from taking a late third-quarter lead. Allen has attempted 51 passes of 10 or more air yards through five weeks, and 30 percent of them came Sunday against the Patriots. Part of that was the disastrous run game, but combined with an unsettled Allen, the Bills never seemed to be fully in rhythm. “It felt a little bit up and down where they rely more on splash plays than this offense typically has,” Mays says. “I just think about how methodical they felt for the most part over the four weeks. They haven’t been that explosive, but they’ve been ruthlessly efficient.” The fallback was to lean on their MVP, which worked, but has a limited ceiling against a disciplined defense. “Even a lot of the chunk plays they had early, it was Josh Allen making some sort of crazy play outside of the pocket,” Klassen says. “[Like] the flea flicker that they hit down the left side. It was a lot of, ‘Josh Allen, save us!’ or these one or two designer plays.” The Pats also challenged Buffalo’s receivers to beat them one-on-one, playing man coverage nearly 40 percent of the time. That’s always a risk against a quarterback who can run the way Allen can, but New England was able to leverage the Bills’ biggest weakness against them. “We’ve talked about this for years with the Buffalo Bills,” Klassen says. “They don’t have many we-can-just-beat-you-one-on-one receivers. Challenge them. If you feel (Patriots defensive back) Christian Gonzalez is going to blank this guy 80 percent of the time, OK, then you take the one in five losses that you take. Same with Carlton Davis and all those guys.”
  13. I'm not disrespecting the Falcons defense, but i think game scripts has had something to do with their rankings and they've only played 4 games. Against Minnesota, JJ McCarthy was terrible and looked like he'd never played QB in his life, but that was a good defensive game that skewed their numbers way down. Carolina had a pick six and another TD or two set up by turnovers. The Panthers had a huge lead and didn't possess the ball for long drives and didn't need to, skewing the stats. Atlanta also got to play the Commanders with backup QB Mariota and no McLaurin. The first game against Tampa was impressive D, but they still lost.
  14. You think so, professor?
  15. We have an offense that averages 30 pts a game, two absolute game changers in Josh and Cook, and we spent our money on our OL so Josh is safe. Any major issues with the offense are crazy. We are the most efficient offense in the league and if our defense gets back to the 2021-2022 version we would be wiping teams out. Ioved watching Sugar Rush Josh when he existed but this current version is better for winning
  16. The Chiefs have been to like 5 of the last 6 SBs or something crazy. Won 3 of them. We haven't been to ONE with McDermott and Beane. There is no pressure on the Chiefs. We are as Super Bowl or Bust as you can get and it's obvious we have the same glaring coaching/roster issues we've had for years that have prevented us from getting there.
  17. Not a single defense we've played thus far have done that. What makes you think the Falcons will.
  18. Allen will never have another HC with the Bills. It isn't even worth getting worked up about. One year the WR will drop the 13 seconds ball or a DL will make the sack and we'll advance.

  20. The “weeping and gnashing of teeth” is probably a bit much considering that the Bills are 4-1. It is amazing that people think the Chiefs, at 2-3 are going to be just fine.
  21. Thanks to Comey... Trump is POTUS... This part of the process will be entertaining...
  22. I think this is very true, I think you also have to combine it with other teams allowing the initial pressure (no I dont have stats this is just what I am seeing) throwing short down field as our tacking and ability to shed blocks is about as bad as I have ever seen... like get your guy into space, block downfield and you are all set... because our LB and DBs get taken out of the play so easily, pursuit is non existent and if by chance someone sheds a block they are probably going to mis tackle... make 1 guy miss and you are looking at 8 to 15 yards..
