There’s suffering and then there’s not liking. Two different things. I don’t like losing. I don’t suffer. I don’t know for a fact that we are going to lose every season McD is our coach. Somehow, you do

Keon should ideally get evenel less snaps than he's already getting. Every replay they showed of him he was running lazy routes or barely working to get open as Josh scrambled. I'm done with him. He's an absolute bum.

Glad you're the Spokesperson of the Farmers. -
so insufferable

paralysis by analyisis is brutal. just go with the "kiss" method and turn the defense loose

Glad you're paying attention and it's bothering you. -
Tin foil hat on...Makes me wonder if he just needs guys who are a touch below him to make sure the McCart don't get upset.

Idk man. If we have Bernard, Shaq and Dorian in the fold, I think we can snag a LB in rd 3. There’s been a handful of solid LBs taken in rd 3. I’d rather not wait til the 3rd rd for a WR or DE. as it stand, we have Rousseau, Solomon, Jackson and Hoecht (who might kiss some time early). If we resign Bosa or another legit pass rusher, then maybe we can wait on DE, but we’ll probably be in the same position again next year. PS squad guys and defensive tackles playing snaps at DE. Investing a first or 2nd into WR (via trade or draft) seems like a no brainer, no? if your point is that LB is so important in McDs defense that it needs a stud to operate, I can dig it. You have a better understanding of if that is the truth than I do, but I currently think a good pass rusher would help more significantly than an off ball LB. Well said. Another thing about Cam, I love his effort out there. He’s at a physical disadvantage against everyone he draws, but he has the advantage in heart. The kids gives it 💯 + every play

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

All those SNLers are vaxxed and boosted. -
Second taste, he gave us misery in Super Bowl XXV too.

Why are you assuming it was intentional? It makes more sense that someone else made the assumption (quite possible based on the nice neighborhood that was shown the police showing up at) and he ran with it because he prefers that narrative and had no reason to question it. No reason to believe such an obvious mistake was intentional on Tapper's part, more likely confirmation bias.

Why are we so late to adjust defensively?
Slack_in_MA replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yep, I’d prefer a more experienced DC for sure, but we are where we are. -
I want what you're having!

If you think Lynn Dickey was a "top QB," the answer is no, going all the way to Bart Starr. Dickey is a bit of a stretch though (insert joke here)

Game week thread - Bills at Patriots*
Cotton Fitzsimmons replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we win out and the Patriots* still take the division, there’s a good chance we will be road favorites throughout the playoffs. What a strange year. -
I hadn't really thought of this. Kinda makes sense....until I wonder what occupies his brain during the week.

Give ANY HC an "average to slightly above average QB" and it's likely that HC would be ".500ish at best". The reality is that you can't always get what you want. Ask the millions of people who play Mega Millions and other lotteries. Who do you consider "a great gm" in the 2000s? I'm with @Chaos about the Ravens: coaching is the problem with that team. I don't think there's been a HC who's had less success in relation to the talent on his teams over the last decade than Harbaugh. His teams have consistently imploded in big games or in the playoffs despite frequently facing teams with noticeably less talent on the field.

I haven't become used to seeing Phillips as #52 and keep wondering who that is on the field.
-
You like losing in the playoffs?
-
Same. I really thought he was going to be more of an emergency option in case Knox or Hawes went down. But he played close to his normal snap share.
-
I suspect the incomplete one may have had more to do with Ty Johnsons cleats than anything else.

I’ve given in the past, admittedly, naively. Bought into the “woe as me pitch”. Read up a little on the financials, surprise, surprise, it’s a labyrinth. I’ll never learn. But, yeah he’s on the naughty list now.
