  3. As long as I get that rockin' hat, it's all good 🤙

  5. What are they Sahlens? WORTH IT !
  6. Tom Brady couldn't physically do what JA did on three of those TDs
  7. He's gotten very good at knowing when to take liberties with QB's and when not to. He'll still trade 15yrds for a potential kill shot but not when they can't afford to pay for it.
  8. Just phenomenal. https://sports.yahoo.com/video/josh-allens-best-plays-4-044314606.html
  9. Maybe this conversation is missing the weight of rushing versus passing. If both are equal maybe it’s fair to say the ravens are clearly better. But passing is more important and we clearly have the better QB (for passing), pass rush, and pass catching backs. Ravens are great on the ground but passing > rushing.
  10. It's hard to balance the line. Oliver dropping down to soften the hit means he hits Jackson low as he throws but surrenders to deflect the pass play on the ball. Oliver going high or jumping to hot the pass lands on Jackson much more dramatically to draw a flag. Oliver chose best. Just upright and hands up without extension to chest bump Jackson is less deliberate.
  11. Maybe Trump should invite the lil fooker to fight on the White House lawn patio on the 4th of July. I nominate Canelo as his opponent. Can the Mexiginger vanquish the Irish ginger? The symbolism would flummox Dan Brown. Wow. Deep. Because Ireland is kind of the Nepal of the Atlantic. I'll remember that next time I mount a challenge to Carrauntoohil, having already conquered Everest.
  12. Hell yeah! Ed Oliver was awesome in that game. At least someone was holding it down on D. I actually thought the DL was pretty good, it was everything behind them that was problematic.
  13. My random thoughts are The offensive line still looks good, the Ravens are a tough physical team up front and the O-line gave Josh a lot of time and got a semi-consistent push in the ground game. Josh is picking up right where he left off, a couple of "off" throws that could have been picks but nothing drastic that can't be written off as rust. The defense looked bad but also seems to still play with confidence towards the end when they needed to make big plays. Safety play was not the only issue with the defense. It was a terrible day for Rapp and Bishop, but you don't give up 40 points on just bad safety play. The LB's were not having a great day, the corners were mediocre and got burnt, and the defensive line was not good at times either. It was a total defensive failure for the most part. The Ravens are a super dynamic offense. The Bills may not play a more dynamic offense in the league the rest of the regular season. The Eagles and Bengals on paper are the only offense that could come close. Special Teams looked better. Outside of that last bad punt which wasn't tragic the ST unit was solid. I think Special Teams starts out the season sloppy now so I think some of the mistakes they did make (the Walker near catastrophic missed block and the one longer return) will get ironed out. Palmer looks to be a nice addition. He's a solid all around competent WR. I think he's gonna be a nice fit if he stays healthy. Kincaid and Keon had a nice opener. That combo is going to have to be big for this offense if they want to go far. Shakir is a very good slot WR, Palmer a competent outside WR, and we know the complementary pieces like Knox, Ty Johnson, and the rest will serve as good role players but this offense will need Kincaid to be a consistent target over the middle and Keon to be a good outside presence. Good first game but it has to be kept up. Strong didn't look bad at corner. For a rookie thrust into a big moment he had a nice game. I wouldn't say he had a good game overall but he held up a lot better than he should. Curious to see how Sanders performed at DT. Seemed a bit inconsistent but to be expected for a rookie. Prater looks good, no rush to get Bass back, but Prater is older and coming off an injury so no guarantee he holds up longer term...
  14. Wow. Senior moment. Completely did not read that right. Apologies
  15. So don't turn the TV on til about 10:30?
  16. Hypocrisy: Dem Robert Garcia Was Firmly Against Government Shutdowns Until Trump Took Office Warren Squire You can add ‘government shutdown’ to the growing list of things Democrats are willing to do to usurp the will of America’s voters and stop President Donald Trump’s agenda. Over the weekend, California Democrat Robert Garcia voiced his support for a government shutdown despite saying they were bad for the economy back in 2023. https://twitchy.com/warren-squire/2025/09/08/robert-garcia-backs-a-potential-government-shutdown-dems-must-do-whatever-it-takes-stop-trumps-agenda-n2418648
  17. Said it was the best DT performance of week 1:
  18. He would be wise to keep the return policy limited to about 48 hours.
  19. / / / / / / / / / / / Delayed response to save his sensitive eyes. Let me see if I have this right: The downward revision of BLS stats during Trump's term cannot be trusted. The downward revision of BLS stats during Biden's term is obviously correct.
  20. Thanks. This is what I was trying to allude to in one of my earlier posts but you stated it more clearly.
