I think the Bills will be better on defense, and likely be a bit more aggressive in their coverage schemes - they seemed to be pretty intentional about adding speed and explosiveness. Because of that I think the Bills will be intentional about being more explosive and pass oriented on offense. For all the points they scored, the Bills were one of the higher run teams in the league, and inspite of all those explosive plays, often ended up gridning first downs to get down field. I think McDermott looked at his defensive personell last season and asked the offense to do more to protect that defense. I don't think that's gonna be neccesary this season

Where I think it is mostly likely to come into play is if J Cook is on an undefined (possibly 11 week) "hold-in" and misses games. And if, during the initial weeks of the "hold-in" R Davis and T Johnson perform admirably, Cooks days could be numbered. I could see this type of "hold-in" being interpreted as a nuclear, Diggs dimensional diss to our FO and team, where they will not have him suit up as a Bill ever again.

I Did that for the Giants Super Bowl loss. Except I smashed it on the street.

When Henry was with the Titans, we saw more 4-3 than nickel for that particular game. I hope they go back to that against Ravens and any other team that could gash them in the run. I just don't want teams with dominating running games with bigger backs only worried about the nickel.

I have rewatched very few Bills games. I occasionally rewatch condensed games (12 mins or so) if my memory is hazy the day after the game for some reason...

Currently the Bills aren't paying either. They are paying the offensive line. Is an in season trade possible? Maybe. I just don't see a world where the Bills are in sell mode. If they want to add a receiver they will trade picks like last year IMO.
