Kid was pulled over and did not comply with cops at all, there is no defense for kid. If you are driving the cops have a right to ask for your license and registration and you must comply. Also the insinuation that the kids was scared of the cops is BS, the kid intentionally antagonized the cops.

Another factor pointing towards a difficult season for the Chiefs. The Division should be very tough. On paper, both the Broncos and Chargers will be tough outs. Raiders should be better. At least they have a legitimate QB. Kudos to them if they come out of it with best record in the AFC.
