Fun for most of us

Cook is an electric player. And he has improved each year, no longer a fumbling concern, good (to becoming excellent) in short yardage (despite his size). And I am not sure why he isn't considered the 3rd down back when he came in with that expectation. I think we will see Cook in the lineup in crunch times from here out (I think he was in there in Balt). And to Dr Dawks earlier thought. I think if Cook realizes his potential during the season and is on the tier of Barkley/Henry I would like the Bills FO to do what those FOs did and increase his pay. I would just prefer to hear about it after it's done - like Barkley/Henry. And on a side note, whenever you play Baltimore you hear you're going up against Lamar+ Henry, with the Bills I think Cook gets shortchanged a little in that they don't say how are they going to stop Allen + Cook.

Some Thoughts re Bills This Season and Miami Game

Dorian Williams could end up hearing some footsteps if he continues to have trouble with reads and angles -
Assuming it woukd be ruled incomplete…. that play was at Buffalo 41. They challenge and win, dolphins likely go for it. If that was on their own 30, he challenges and they punt.

Kicker decision between Bass /Prater
coloradobillsfan replied to Jistafan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Interesting you'd say that considering Bass nailed a 61 yarder last year to beat the fins -
Yeah, loved to see those blocks, from a guy that was not supposed to be good at it originally. And also form the Knox and Dawes. So consistent, and it is the Bills now taking their game to the opponents, with the tights ends vital. It is that physical game that pushed the Bills to the next level once Brady took over, toughened up the offense, and helped create what is now a superb running game, one of the best in the league. Not a coincidence Josh won his MVP in Brady's first full year. Just before the game I was telling someone that not enough is being said about how good our tight ends are now, maybe the best group in the league, with great variety and physicality. Looking forward to how they keep progressing, and help the offense become the best ever maybe.

This should be a fun season. Lots of wins and whining.

And this gave me PTSD flashbacks to that Food Fight movie

I remember the Fins not rushing to the line after that catch. I could be wrong but it wasn't like they attempted to do a quick snap to limit the time the coaches had to look at the replay.

Some Thoughts re Bills This Season and Miami Game

I have come full circle from the post-Kelly era. -
I think it's tough for a lot of people to pick up both what and how DT's are actually doing while watching live. I feel like DaQuan has been really reliable and pacing himself smartly so far this year, particularly with the noticeably high number of snaps he's being asked to play. He's been on the field a LOT, aside from the 2nd half of the Jets game.

Falcons release Younghoe Koo, then thank him on Social Media
Sojourner replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
As long as they thanked him in person, nothing wrong with it imo. Guy had an up and down season last year for them, guess they’re thinking it’ll happen again? -

Didn't the chiefs only have 13 seconds ??? Oh nevermind....

Agreed.. but running backs are so underpaid, though changing, and they often only get one big contract like this, that to me it was different. One slip on the turf this year, without a new contract he would never get his due. I think that is why his team members did not just support him in the kind of general way team members do in these situations, but were quite specific in what they said. Such as Allen, and when he said those things I knew the contract would get done. Cook's success means Josh has more success. And gets things like MVPS--and championships.
