Quarterback Career Comparison Allen vs Lamar
BillytheKid replied to BillytheKid's topic in The Stadium Wall
On a per game basis Allen has been just as good as Mahomes stat wise in the playoffs. I can show those side by side. Both are other worldly elite in playoff stats. obviously the biggest difference in those would be Mahomes 4-0 record against Allen. Just stats though Allen is ahead of him in a few categories on a per game basis. I used Microsoft Co-Pilot and then had it quadruple check itself getting the stats to make sure they were correct. Then also checked it myself to make sure. It extracted them from espn, stat muse and pro football reference. I knew a lot of the stats were correct also because I have done comparisons so many times. -
If you consider this being our only real Super Bowl window in the salary cap era, there is no other comparison.

Did you see Bosa last year? Who was the last player to return from a PED suspension and made a significant impact? It’s not doom & gloom, just more of the same.

McDermott not in Top 10 of NFL coaches per PFF.
Maynard replied to 14774's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’d put him right outside of the top 10. Around 12 sounds correct, without being a homer. -
I almost made a new thread about this, but suppose we can just discuss here. Is Von the most hated Buffalo Bill in recent history? The domestic violence suspension, underperforming the contract, saying he’d be back in a week then staying out the year… I think he redeemed himself a bit by agreeing to the incentive laden contract last year (which was likely to try to game the system around his suspension)… but I think he’s my #1 most hated. Willis McGahee is a close #2 with the trash talking of Buffalo women on his way out. What an awful regime to draft him in the 1st when we already had Travis Henry and he had just completely torn his ACL.

Commanders and WR Terry McLaurin still not close to a new deal
Maynard replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’d love this, but man how do we free up the space? -
Philly has a top-3 or 4 WR room in the league, so it isn’t a huge insult he’d be a #3 there. They have 2 high 1st round picks playing boundary, and he’d be full time starter in the slot. Shakir would be a good #2 on most teams in the league (in terms of targets), but definitely isn’t a high end #1.

Commanders and WR Terry McLaurin still not close to a new deal
Gregg replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
There is no guarantee the Commanders want to trade him. Beane would also have to figure out a way to make this work cap wise if a trade could be worked out. I would call the Commanders and see if there is any interest in making a trade. If the Bills could get McLaurin, then he becomes our #1 WR. That opens things up for the rest of the WR's and TE's. It will also help Cook in the run game as opposing defenses will have to respect the passing game more with McLaurin. This probably doesn't happen right now but the longer this goes on between McLaurin and the Commanders without a deal then a trade possibility probably increases. -
Really? Because with the additions of Elijah Moore and Joshua Palmer, I can't help but feel that... The WR room quietly got better this offseason.
-
Exactly. Just sign them. Something went wrong here and this is stupid. Sign and figure it out next draft or whatever. What’s the end game here.. hold outs and then signing for guaranteed money anyways. Collusion is the only way the teams get what they want contract wise m, at the cost of their second best draftee missing camp/pre season time.

We still have him, Josh Allen. In another poll I saw Buffalo was dead last at #1 wr rankings. If you can't see with your own eyes what everyone else can see, next time you go to the optometrist you should opt out of rose colored glasses

Gotta stay here to keep this place from being overrun by losers such as you.

I agree. Red helmets look trashy compared to their look now. Id appreciate them as a 1-game throwback nostalgia thing. More than that is too much. Similar to the Sabres' goat head uniforms. Those things have become way too frequent, after the fanbase fought tooth and nail for years to get rid of those things not-all-that-long ago

Thank goodness it wasn’t Carolina….cuz you know where that would eventually lead.
