  1. Past hour
  2. Great list! I’d add Bruce sacking Montana against the Chiefs in the AFCCG, too.
  3. Pff… what do they know? And what do the Eagles know. A really knowledgeable poster said that Slay was washed, so I’m sticking with that.
  4. When I asked ai it said 95 %... So maybe I'm wrong. My mistake. I think the ai is going by favorites in isolation of a given outcome So if you isolated Cleveland & the jets as wins already. The algorithm is probably going to say it's x % likely you'll win 1 of those other 3, then calculates the other favorites and that's why AI says buffalo is 95% probability if they just beat Cincinnati ( in that moment) or you already give 10 wins with Cleveland and the jets. There's probably somebody here more competent in stats/ probability that can explain it better than me here I played with the machine for about 20 minutes. Just gave wins for the jets and browns, and there was a couple games before week 18, and one week 18 game that kept Buffalo out. Beating KC , Steelers & Ravens was critical based on how the bracket came out. The KC game was way bigger than I realized at the time given how things unfolded But KC doesn't care and is holding stuff back in the regular season according to Matt verderame and nick wright so I understand why they lost 😂
  5. Benford started out the season like a guy who had a concussion hangover from last season but his game has been picking up. Against Tampa Bay he traveled with star rookie Emeka Ugboka who only managed 5 catches for 40 yards on 9 targets. The next week he traveled with Nico Collins who had just 3 catches for 55 yards. Of course against the Steelers he had a great game against both the pass and the run and deservedly won the AFC Defensive Player of the Week award with the scoop and score, the INT, and holding DK Metcalf to 3 catches for 32 yards on 5 targets. If you're being honest, Benford's been playing great lately and is peaking at the right time. Also Tre's had a solid season and Hairston has most Bills fans excited by his incredible athleticism. The acquisition of Slay gives the Bills excellent depth at a position where they've historically had epidemic injuries in the playoffs. In weeks 9 and 10 playing for Taron Johnson, Cam played very well and looked better than Taron had looked all season to that point. Amen. You're trying to improve everywhere, all the time. He was running those patterns for the receivers. It looks like his film study is exceptional. He knew what the receivers were doing before they were doing it. One half.
  6. Not to mention that Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson is a pretty good set of Jimmies and Joes to run your mesh and bubble screens…
  7. It was hilarious when the browns got rid of Baker for Watson because they wanted a " grown up" Unreal hubris/ bizarre evaluation
  8. I'd take Mean Joe Greene but he's too frigging old now.
  9. I mean, ya, we all feel that way to a degree but it is where it is and this is where we are. As much as people on the outside looking in seem to be enjoying being proven correct, its just low hanging fruit. Id rather he try and do whats possible instead of doubling down on his initial read that everything is OK. That might even be easier given how he stuck his head out in April. Instead he's seemingly eaten the perverbial crow. Im not saying you feel this way as you are simply trying to explain and while I appreciate it - I understand why people do it. But these 'fans' are just taking the low hanging fruit. Its the same ones that would be lining up for a kick at the can if NE signed Slay and then theyd be pissed he sat on his hands while a competitor signed a vet with an edge who's won before and can provide depth. I get its a message board, its just a shame it inadvertently screams yelling at coulds/get off my lawn/complain to complain football fans. You'll never make everyone happy... the shtick just gets old after a while
  10. It says that me and you are cynical about McDermott beating mahomes/ burrow in the playoffs with his defensive acumen. But if he's not going anywhere, then there is a possible better path to the Superbowl if those two are not in the tournament. Doesn't mean buffalo will definitely get there. But I think it's rational to say the odds increase significantly. Vegas agrees even seeing that buffalo is going on the road as a wildcard Of course Allen is the ultimate wildcard in that it might not matter if mahomes is in the tournament. If Allen goes alien mode, then it probably won't really matter what McDermott can and can't do. Which is why I'm never going to be cynical/ negative about a playoff ticket with Allen
  11. Being healthy is my #1 concern. Seems team is always battling something or other come playoff time.
  12. Asked my James Brown fan kid today about his band. His answer was “omg, the best”. I asked like best how? He said “for that time”.
  13. How about we worry about beating Cincinnati and New England. Let’s get on a roll and it shouldn't matter who we play in the playoffs. We have 5 regular season games left. Just enjoy the ride.
  14. LOVE the perfect game! Mine was the 51-3 AFC Championship Game on January 20, 1991 vs the Raiders. The Bills set a playoff record with 41 first-half points so the game was never in question and needless to say was a huge party pretty much start to finish! Pure Bliss as we advanced to our first Super Bowl. After the game ended, it was literally Fandemonium! That was a good day! Go Bills!
  15. Well, he's a commie, so.............
  16. Today
  17. This is really disturbing, but if your local elementary school doesn't carry this book about abortion in its library, then they'll market it by saying it's been censored. We've already seen books aimed at first-graders that teach them that doctors "make a guess" at a baby's gender when it's born, and sometimes they get it wrong. Now this book, "Abortion Is Everything," aims to teach five- to eight-year-olds that abortion is a superpower. At least they were honest in titling it "Abortion Is Everything," considering that to pro-choice activists, abortion really is everything. According to Google Books: Abortion is Everything speaks directly to five to eight-year-olds about what abortion is, how it might feel, and why people have abortions. With accessible, inclusive language, Abortion is Everything frames abortion as the actualization of a uniquely human superpower: our capacity to imagine the future and make choices that lead us towards the life we envision. Abortion is a tool that allows human beings to shape our destinies, and which has shaped the entire world around us. Parents, caregivers, and educators who work with children have long been searching for a tool to talk with kids about abortion, especially given the volume of political noise currently surrounding the issue. We're guessing the book doesn't go into detail about how exactly abortions are performed. https://twitchy.com/brettt/2025/12/03/book-about-abortion-aimed-toward-five-year-olds-presents-it-as-a-uniquely-human-superpower-n2422410 https://books.google.com/books/about/Abortion_Is_Everything.html?id=IEuK0QEACAAJ
  18. Well if we win out then we wouldn't be clinching until week 18 either. You are right if they lose to miami or jets because they would have more conference losses. I dont see them losing to either team. Nothing indicates they would. We go through this every week. This past week people were trying to hype themselves thinking the Giants would beat them. Sure, one of those loses could happen but there is nothing to suggest it will. Just like there is nothing to indicate we will win out.
  19. Like i said its a attempt, which is a tad more then what ive seen in the past. Maybe it dents the trend or maybe not. I wasnt for obama care but for decades i heard how med costs were going to crush america. Republicans had no response but to complain so i settled into its at least a attempt to address a oncoming truck we are going to be demolished by. Seems about now impact is setting in. so someone better attempt something else. Im hearing crickets from both sides on that and even less on affordability, college and housing. To pretend dems have a solution thats better then 50 year morgages when paying trillions of student loans, having cash and housing givaways to illegals, and keeping the country flooded with foreign products cause "tariffs wont work" isnt a good retort to trumps agenda. When they have some solid ideas, ill listen. bi+(in and complaining has always been good response to problems to the ideologically captured. Not much else is necessary
  20. I'm so glad there may be a happy ending here
  21. The Texans can lose to the Chargers or the Colts, we NEVER want the Chiefs to win. .
  22. Aside from us beating the Pats, the Pats only have to lose to either the Jets or Miami for us to win the division. In other words, if we win out, the Pats can’t clinch the division until Week 18.
  23. Just give me one. That’s all I want. I won’t give a ***** about anything this team does beyond that. After that, McD and Beane can sign lifetime contracts for all I care. Josh can retire and go to Cali. We can draft DBs every round until the end of time. McD can clap his little heart out. Just one…..
