I dont think he is a 1 either, I was wondering if we had a true 1... would that help him... not worried about paying him at this point, just some consistency

No More Whiteouts again ever in Buffalo Bills history

Darn. I was hoping the bmBucs would wear their creamsicles for that one. But I am looking forward to the Falcons and their throwbacks against us this week. I swear the uniforms for the 80s and early 90s were so much crisper. Of course, that may just be me liking the old uniforms from teams from when I grew up. Like the Seahawks yesterday. So much better looking. Yeah, I should know better and just take the next few days away from here. The doom and gloomers win the week. But even in the loss there are positives that will go unnoticed. Third down D was good. Pass Russ was better with some aggressive blitz looks. Stopped the run and a mobile QB. And heck, Kincaid had a great night. Stuff to improve, sure. But stuff to build on as well -
Some changes you would like to see this week

Have to start wondering about our medical staff. Von and Tre took basically 18 months to come back and never were the same. Diggs took less than a year and looks as good as he did pre-injury. -

Me, I would like to see the team play with CONTROLED” anger, after the sub par performance in the previous game, I want to see, a slightly higher ratio of down field passing, I want to see our speed guys with the ball in their hands, I want to see Josh do his scramble run thing earlier in the game, to cause the opposing defense to have to worry more, about who is gonna run the ball between him and Cook, etc. I could go on, but I’ll spare all y'all of my further ramblings, 😁🍸🚬 GO BILLS!!! -
Last i heard, someone stepped on his foot. Must've been stepped on by godzilla or something.

both the initial playcall and the audible are called and designed by brady checks have rules based on personnel and looks

The final play to Shakir. Samuel was wide open for easy TD
Simon replied to MikePJ76's topic in The Stadium Wall
It feels like I've seen a ton of posts saying how badly he played, coming from posters who haven't really commented on anything else. I've been just taking it as a sign of how spoiled we've become. -

It was nearly impossible from the stands. Absolutely brutal. I am cool with the "rivals" concept and adding a special jersey or two, but I coudn't tell who was who presnap, or post snap. Guys had to be perfectly perpindicular to me. -
The Bills lost their best Fan this morning.

He played that way her too for about the first year and a half, maybe 2 years then became a problem.

Quite a few times this season Josh has changed the play at the line into something that simply hasn’t worked. Now…there’s no telling what the original call was.
-
I thought he was yelling at the guy that hit him, who was chirping at the time. I bet dollars to doughnuts that if you created a chart based on the number of penalties called against the Bills by Hochuli vs the number they draw on average, you would find a very similar result, which is even more damming than W/L, imo.

I think there is a difference in saying Josh didn’t play great vs. hanging the loss in him. There was plenty of blame to be spread around to be sure. -
Blame Diggs. His antics led to his removal from the team. If he played with the desire he showed last night in the playoffs, we probably have a Super Bowl appearance.
-
A trusted veteran with limited skills. It's infuriating. If/when Hairston is healthy, I don't see how he can be worse than Tre at this point, regardless of experience or knowledge of the system.
-
Also what the fuuu happened to Oliver? I know this team never lets anything out but what a strange injury and he's missed 4 weeks but we didn't put him on IR?
-
He ia alerting a LOT right now. That suggests two possibilities to me. Either we are not getting the right calls in OR Josh is over thinking a bit trying to get into the perfect look. I think there might be a bit of both going on
-
I wish they looked at Pickens, cheap contract and didn't cost a lot. I honestly didnt think White would even make the team let alone a guy getting 80%+ of the snaps.
-
Sick of hearing how complex our defense is. Why if so complex, are they so very mediocre every season? Maybe McD and his boy toy Babich need to think about using the KISS principle when coming up with a defensive game plan.

Couldn't see player numbers. Our logo on the helmet was invisible. And yes we have a losing record with white tops. Not a fan of these money grab unis. -
And Allen gave them 7 so guess that makes him even worse. And Keon also gave them 7 with a TD to, but you left that part out. so gues that makes him +3 for the game. Yes was bad fumble, but as many pointed out the entire game by everyone except Kincaid and their kicker were bad.
-
Only egregious one was the “wide open Samuel TD” throw to Shakir on third down. Was borderline 50/50 at best. Call should go to the offensive side if so.

HappyDays replied to MikePJ76's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't think his route break was sharp enough to cleanly separate. I'm not gonna get on Shakir too much for it, that's not the strength of his game. But yeah that is the problem when you don't have any legit separators in your WR room, these sorts of throws in man coverage are always going to be crazy tight windows and the QB will need to be perfect. -
The Upcoming Trade Deadline: 2025 Edition
Mister Defense replied to ryguy101's topic in The Stadium Wall
Kind of a duh one here--the Bills must, must, must get 2 capable cornerbacks as the cupboard is bare, and just as bare whether they do the right thing and cut White this week or keep him as either way they do not have a cornerback who can play the position consistently. True in the summer, true now--the Bills are in jeopardy of blowing this season, not giving themselves more than a tiny chance of winning it all, with White as cb. And they need depth behind Hairston/in front of him until he returns and after. Not a Beane basher, but maybe about to be if he does not fix this.
