that’s the draft man. Literally every GM ever has blundered several times. Most blunder several times in each draft. Who’s the best GM? Howie drafted Reagor or Jefferson (amongst others). We could go on and on debating both sides of the argument. Make a mistake, move on. If a GM feels bad years later, they shouldn’t be a GM. It’s the business. The nfl draft isn’t all about talent and coaching them up. it’s hard to know exactly the type of person that you’re drafting. The person is who will fail or succeed. Tough to dig that deep and get all true answers.

Being an educator, I guess my boss is technically the superintendent but I never really see or talk to him. My immediate supervisor, the one who I answer to and evaluates my performance, is my department director. Honestly, I don’t like her or dislike her. She’s an idiot but leaves me alone as long as I do my job. She’s also missing a finger which is very distracting bc I can help but look at it when she’s around. A couple years ago the day before Thanksgiving break she popped into my office to wish me a happy turkey day. She proceeded to tell me that while she was taking her turkey out of the freezer to thaw, she found her cat in there that had “disappeared” years ago. 😂
