When Opulence Isn’t Enough: A Pig’s Lament
Homelander replied to Homelander's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Look at them defend a bloated orange menace who loves gold so much he paints his own face with it. When even his vanity is sacred, reality isn’t just gone it’s buried beneath layers of cult worship. And they’re melting down on a football message board. Love it. -

Buffalo Bills 2025 Regular Season Schedule
buffblue replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I honestly don't think it's far off. I have the Pats winning 10, maybe 11 games. That is an extremely friendly schedule. Fortunately I think the Bills will win 12-13 -

Buffalo Bills 2025 Regular Season Schedule

I doubt it.. Between the matchup, and more importantly.. the sentimental notion of “last season opener at (insert name)”, I can certainly see massive demand for Bills fans on that one. Don’t think it has much of anything to do with Baltimore fans making a trip. -
Maybe time to change the handle to 'slowingdowneddie'.

i'm bringing a Ravens fan up this one. he is family. he's the only person i've ever met that makes me look tiny. He's 6'10, 320 lbs. people tend not to give him a hard time. lol

Agreed. Having a real receiver in that spot adds a ton to what you can do offensively in those heavy formations.

Douglas is confusing to me - i had heard the Bills did offer him a contract at what they thought was reasonable to the degree that he can compete for a backup job but was told they want to go another direction as a starter. perhaps that was enoguh for both sides not to actually extend the offer but douglas has been tagged by teammates to come back and given credit for addign to the team. with white being back i think it is less likely. Johnson, Smooth, Phillips Jefferson will get a chance on a roster at some point in training camp as injuries happen. teams don't need to bring in those guys because there is already tape to grade. all 4 could be depth rotation guys on a shallow roster or just join PS to stay in the league. Miller doesn't have to sign anywhere but will stay in the league and market himself as some mentor to keep his name famous. back to Coop - some team will sign him to try to tap the last potential from him. a team maybe light at WR (Carolina, New England). Many teams are just as weak at WR as we are.

We've known that for a long time. You guaranteed it was the least in NFL history and it isn't even the least this season? -
Another one - Trey Hendrickson asks for a trade from Cincy
starrymessenger replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bengals can't afford him after paying Burrows, Tee and Chase. Thing to do was trade Tee, draft their new #2 and extend Hendrickson. Their O would still be very good and their awful D would be a lot better than it will now be. The receivers are represented by the same agent and it was apparently made clear to the Bengals that they came as a pair. You could not ask for more from a player than Hendrickson has given, on and off the field. At his age now is the time for him to get paid. They are going to trade him. -
Time was drifting, this rock had got to roll So I hit the road and made my getaway Restless feeling really got a hold I started searching for a better way And I kept on looking for a sign in the middle of the night But I couldn't see the light No, I couldn't see the light I kept on looking for a way to take me through the night Couldn't get it right I couldn't get it right

Was he talking about Barry Sanders?

I appreciate what Q brought to the Bills but I also believe this kid Hawes is going to be an excellent addition to the roster. If he is as good a blocker as advertised, he allows the Bills to nix the 6-OL formation and have a guy in there who can actually catch the ball as well. Q was just a ST guy and occasional red zone presence.

Your assumption of four years is premature. -
As they should. Lost yardage due to sacks IS part of the passing game yardage. You can’t factor that out and call yourself honest.

Buffalo Bills 2025 Regular Season Schedule
eball replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Having been at the divisional playoff vs. Baltimore in January, I can assure you there was no issue with “too many Ravens fans” in the stadium. They have a good (easy) schedule but predicting anything more than an 8-9 season is really going out on a limb. They’ll still be underdogs in most of their games.
