Why is anyone talking about Milano and DaQuan Jones as if they have any trade value whatsoever? Milano is a 31 year old coverage LB who has missed most of the past 2 seasons, and DaQuan will be 34 years old this season and hasn’t been productive he past 2 seasons.

In my several (too many) decades on earth I've discovered that (similar to who you hang out with) your media sources are either going to make you dumber or smarter. You can choose whether you're going to 1) engage a media source that gives you a thin gruel to lap up to sate your mindless appetite for low-grade nutrition... or you can 2) choose one that is going to generate brain activity through their discussions... burning calories in the process and making you hungry for some real food and real thought.
