Well, another worthless stat..total QBR
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Rich Stadium Original's topic in The Stadium Wall
If that’s what the analytics say then they need to invent an entirely new formula for Josh Allen because he continues to defy the odds. I understand your point, but you won’t even consider mine. You have a 2 time MVP QB and a HOF RB. All you need is 3 yards to pick up the first down and ice the game. Your offense has been successful albeit an uncharacteristical fumble by Henry and a couple stalled drives. Your other option is to kick to a red hot Bills offense who just put up nearly 250 yards of offense on you in ONE quarter and you’re on the ROAD. Come on, man. 🤦♂️ -
Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)

Denver the city & Colorado the state aren’t paying. The word usage didn’t specify that. 👍 “Denver” in the colloquial usage refers to the franchise / team. “Denver, who has an owner with a net worth 5x of the next richest NFL owner, contributes nothing.” It just implied “Broncos.” The city of Denver doesn’t have an owner. -
I don't think the Steelers are a top 10 team personally. They are not an easy out for anyone, sure. But I don't think they are a top 10 team. Top ten: Tier 1 1. Eagles; 2. Bills (with the tiebreaker) 3. Ravens 4. Chiefs (here until they are not) - - - - Tier 2 (these are the teams I think are a longer shot for a Lombardi but I could imagine beating one of the Tier 1 teams in a playoff game) 5. Chargers 6. Packers 7. Commanders 8. Bengals - - - - Tier 3 9. Buccaneers 10. Lions (I think they have too much talent to flatline all season though they have clearly taken a step back) 11. Vikings (if McCarthy is it this is arguably too low) 12. Broncos In fairness two of those four didn't play.... though Jackson was a healthy scratch so you can certainly consider that a fail. Most of Hawes impressiveness was in blocking though. Which is not Josh centric. He is just a v good blocker.

Interesting in-game convo between Shakir and Palmer
JP51 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Josh has to do this every week... no chance its sustainable... that was an epic win... I dont think we can count on 20 epic wins on the complete back of 17. Offense is fine and will score you enough if you had a c to c minus defense... and F to D minus defense... not gonna work... -

Hot take. But I think it’s reasonable. isn’t it interesting that he has more impact and rated so high (obviously bc of his unicorn blocking talent- but Josh Allen is his qb) than all of the first 4 picks that were all on D combined? Gets back to the whole drafting offense with premium positions because the Josh Allen multiplier effect versus the defense, which, for whatever reason is a pure gamble and weve been getting meh results

Charlie Kirk shot in Utah (Pronounced Dead)
Terry Tate replied to Walking Tall's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
True, not familiar with the different identities on the board. I just wanted to make a point the kid had years of debates with probably thousands of people who vehemently disagreed with him who did not resort to violence, including up to the very moment he was assassinated by what so far appears to be a solo actor. The adults still far outnumber the extremes, and my hope is they continue to do so in action and word. -

There is no evidence that poor white people are less violent than Black people in similar socioeconomic circumstances The rate of violent victimization for poor individuals is comparable across racial groups and is primarily linked to neighborhood conditions rather than race itself. not sure where you’re getting the 30 times more likely stat? Maybe Twitter? -

So the nazis of trump need to get rid of the kkk, essentially? -
I disagree. If they don't get it, yes, they are pretty much conceding the lead. However, they would have expected to get the ball back with some time on the clock. I know if this was the other way around (or against the Chiefs), and Cook was running wild all game except for maybe the last couple of drives and Josh was on fire the entire game except maybe the last couple of drives, I absolutely would have been p**sed at McDermott for punting (unless of course our D stopped them and we won anyway, then all would have been forgiven).

Is it not possible this is an assassin from a foreign entity to bring the country to its knees? Is this too offensive of a possibility since we have no clue who did this? Seems more reasonable than declaring war on liberals. -
The Bureau of Labor Statistics currently has 7.2 million job openings. Yeah, no jobs open. My current company has 317 openings. No jobs right? https://www.bls.gov/news.release/jolts.nr0.htm There are currently 7 million people unemployed in the US. What does rural vs urban have anything to do with anything? Its still poor, its still substandard living.

Have the Jets ever felt like a real rival?
Bob in STL replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes, the Jets are rivals. The Jets and the Pats* have been our rivals the longest, going back to 1960 and the original AFL. The Dolphins joined the AFL in 1966. The Jets usually play us tough no matter the records. It is very odd that the Jets and Bills have very little overlap when both teams were good. The Bills beat them the season that the Jets won the Super Bowl i(968), the Bills only win of the season. Life Time Records with our Division Rivals: Vs Jets: Bills won 71 and lost 58 with only 1 playoff game included (Bills won that one on the road in the Knox era). Vs Pats: Bills won 51 and lost 71 with 1 tie. The playoff record is 1-1. The Brady era was completely lopsided in Pats* favor. Vs. Dolphins: Bills won 60 and lost 62 with 1 tie. Playoff record is 4-1 in the Bills favor. The Bills have nullified the 0 for 20 record in the 1970's versus Miami. -
This has me thinking. Well, many things do from the game this week. We just beat the best or second best team in the league; debatable sure. Both the top two best other teams are on our schedule. So are 5 of the top 7 KC, Cincinnati are there, and I go on a limb but TB is up there. Pittsburgh is a top 10 team, too. Ok, with that said, what do we have to do in order to verify our win against the Ravens and show we are the best team? I don't think we need a blowout or rout. I will take a 10 to victory with a total points under 50

Kash Patel's FBI needs to do with Antifa and related organizations what J Edgar Hoover's FBI did with the KKK -
A wide majority of Americans, including MAGA, are in favor of releasing the Epstein files. What better way to honor Charlie Kirk than to grant his wish of releasing it all including the client list.

If we can have success running the ball with all three on the field, Brady will have some interesting matchup options, especially if we catch the D in heavier packages and start running some up-tempo offense to prevent them from a more favorable sub package. Think The Pats*** when they had Gronk and Hernandez out there at the same time. Teams had no answer when TB12 went up-tempo and prevented teams from getting the right sub packages in.
