They look more like UB bulls jerseys then lions to me.. if the numbers were silverish it would be really damn close

Congrats Bucks! Really impressed with Sayin, cool under pressure, accurate, good pocket awareness. He was way better than Arch. OSU will deserve number 1 after this win. Only weakness is Day's playcalling on offense. What an almost waste of great receiving weapons all to push a cloud of dust at every opportunity. Reminded me of the Michigan game last year. I get having a physical running game identity but it's criminal not to utilize the receivers more. They let the horns hang around too long, luckily it didn't burn them.

Texas lost more than a game in that one. Maybe an instant shot of less pressure will do them good. All the CFB media stories will be ten to fifteen things other than Texas save one, Manning’s stats. And how’s that going to go anyways..?? To me it looked like Texas is no Air Raid. Is this the year the Heisman winner goes 15-1 or whatever and wins the chip but has 1983 stats? Back in the 90s, you got a Heisman for winning, too. Remember, uncle P. Never got there. They gave it to a defender!! Woodson 🤣🤣 So Manning punished defenders for the rest of his football life. There’s a lot that drives a man 🧙. But, Texas,, their play designs look 2003 and I’ve never believed in that coach to his core. It’s actually remarkable he’s gotten to where he is. Big fat phony is what eyes think. But I know nothing. But, I’m impressed by how Texas put themselves out there like that.. campaigning the Heisman favorite, acting like they deserve that ranking (they don’t), going to Coluxbus.. A picture perfect expression of where Texas stands was shown on the last offensive play. Arch Manning ball in his hands, a 4th & 5 (because of him), but he didn’t go down and he got the pass off—complete!—two or three yards short.. ahhhh. The yacht clubs nationwide are on your side. That right there is where Texas stands against the real teams. Big, strong, got a QB, has no idea what they’re doing at this level. Watching Georgia’s -practice this afternoon. Hey!… Texas coulda scheduled the mighty Texas State University Fightin’ Amadillos..! …Okay? O state, you had to get it done today. Imagine if you lost.. the way Texas played.. it woulda been: HC- get your butt back on your red hot hotseat!

Do you actually think anyone didn't understand the sign? That woman was comparing a mental illness to being born a race. Wow you are dumb.

Bills had only 2 team captains last season vs 8 in 2023. 10 additional players on the "leadership council" last season. Last years captains were Allen and Bernard. 2023 had Gabe Davis, Stefon Diggs, Josh Allen, Jordan Poyer, Micah Hyde, Von Miller, Tyler Matakevich and Mitch More. What direction do we have the Bills going in this year? -8 captains -2 captains with the "leadership council" -Something totally McDifferent My thinking: If we went 8 captains I'd do 3 offense, 3 defense and 2 ST Josh Allen James Cook Dion Dawkins Terrell Bernard Ed Oliver Christian Benford Ray Davis Reid Ferguson My thinking: If we went 2 captains and 10 on the "leadership council" Josh Allen [C] Terrell Bernard [C] James Cook Khalil Shakir Dion Dawkins Ty Johnson Dawson Knox Greg Rousseau Ed Oliver Matt Milano Christian Benford Taylor Rapp What do y'all think?

Game (two week) thread - Ravens at Bills SNF
Buffalo Ballin replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
We're not so sure. Derrick Henry will NOT be that "near 2000 yards RB" from last season. He's gonna be 31 years old. Every single player falls off in production somewhere. I think this is the year where he slips. Yeah, he'll have some great games, but nowhere near elite level of years prior. -

Game (two week) thread - Ravens at Bills SNF
Rockinon replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Ravens are coming into our house in primetime on opening night. We have MVP Allen, a great OL and an improved DL. The Bills also beat this team the last time they played in the playoffs. Yet the majority of posts sound like we have little chance of winning this game. This is no gimme game for the Ravens. Far from it. The Ravens have to develop a game plan to beat the Bills. That's no easy undertaking. They then have to execute that game plan. Also no easy undertaking. This game is going to have a playoff feel to it and Lamar Jackson has a very bad habit of choking in the big games. Not buying the revenge angle or the Jackson/Henry > Allen/Cook angle, or the angle that the Ravens top to bottom are more talented. The winner dictates who is the best team nothing else. At the end of the game we'll know. All the pregame talk I'm hearing is nauseating. Where's the good vibes the home opener usually brings? -
yes, i believe tendencies like success rate are stable or reasonably stable but something like fumble recovery data for example...we were incredibly lucky last season recovering our own fumbles. and there's zero positive correlation between a team's ability to do that from year to year. so we will regress there. along w the other unlikely to be duplicated rates i mentioned earlier

"Suckers and Losers"---Trump on our GI's
Homelander replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Trump renaming the Department of Defense the ‘Department of War’ is the kind of move a guy with a little Johnson makes. It’s disrespectful to the most powerful military in the world but that’s who Trump is. PS - the Nobel Peace Prize people are laughing at his sorry a s s. -
Because their running game was crap the whole game. They knew they needed one first down at minimum and wanted two chances getting it with the pass instead of one.
-
Rough game for Manning. Good defensive play from both teams. In the end it did not matter, but why did Ohio State pass the ball on 2nd & 10 late in the game instead of running the ball?
