Official Bills Backers Tailgate ROOOOLLLLL CAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!!!! https://www.tickpick.com/organizer/event/atl-takeover-tailgate-with-bills-backers-atlanta-58822442 -
I have been praying for them to pursue Budda for 2 seasons now. He would make a lot of sense and would immediately be a significant upgrade even at this stage of his career to our safety room. Wilson and Waddle I have a hard time seeing as realistic options. Jets just paid Wilson to build around him knowing they have QB issues, so not sure why it would change now 6 weeks in. I don't think there is much of a chance they trade Wilson, and certainly don't think they would ever trade him to the Bills for Allen and Wilson to play together in their primes. I would be willing to give up a lot for Wilson, he is a tremendous talent, but that is also why I don't think the Jets have any interest in handing that kind of talent to Josh Allen in his prime. Waddle I can see getting moved potentially, but they literally have no one else to throw to now or next year, so not sure they pull that trigger and also highly doubt they would let him go to Buffalo in Allens prime either to help add the one area to Josh's arsenal he is missing, downfield speed. At WR, Olave would probably be the most realistic guy both available and as a target for the Bills. I would be open to us going after him, but I would be cautious about the cost as I do still think he gets a bit overrated around here. He would bring a welcomed deep threat to our outside passing game, but he doesn't have a great catch rate and his best season came on the back of heavy, yet inefficient, volume. So for me, I just don't want to see us over pay either.

the problem is being good at low percentage plays still means low conversion. It puts a real ceiling on you when every play is contested, even if you are better than many

And to add here; I'm only speculating but this all derives from lateness, but we saw Keon driving into the stadium prior to the Saints game (he has a distinctive looking car) and we were already in the parking lot. I'm guessing that may have been an instance of tardiness as well. Perhaps the New England game wasn't his first offense, assuming that's what this is.

The Worthy Trade Keeps Looking Worse and Worse
NewEra replied to Bills Costa Rica's topic in The Stadium Wall
As if we were their only chance to trade up…. As if there was no chance he would’ve been there when they drafted…. Detroits offense didn’t look very good to me last night. I also think we have more of an identity than both of those offenses do. We run the ball and run it well. The question is, when we can’t run it well, can our pass offense step in and take over? I think a lot of it depends on the opposing dc calling a great game (or not) and whether or not our guys can catch and hang onto the ball. KC has Andy Reid. He’s an all timer. I expect him to call great games and scheme guys open. Especially when they have as much speed as they currently do. -

Would be curious to know how many zero penalty games the Pats had during their 20 year run. -
Perfect! They could team him up with Booger McFarland in the studio. Two guys who know nothing about football.

Colts/Chargers being buried in the 4:05 late window is unfortunate. Probably the most interesting game on the schedule this week.

Yet he hasn't adapted his defense to not be a weak link on the team which has resulted in why they get bounced in the playoffs McDermott will not ascend to being anything more than a culture builder that has benefitted from having an all time QB that has masked his inability to field a defense that holds up it's end of the bargain come playoff time and will continue to fail until he admits his defensive scheme isn't good enough and hands the keys over to a legit DC that will run his own scheme without McDermotts influence

Article on how Sean McDermott has adapted and loosened up over the years

(picking up script, clearing throat): "F ESPN!! They have been irrelevant for decades! Nobody watches or reads them anymore!" (reads article): "Of course ESPN is still relevant, as the far and away leader in national sports reporting and broadcasting! Anyone who says they don't tune in are bad liars!" -

Allen got flagged for both the KC ball throw and the Cincy taunt while scoring. Nobody punched Mahomes. Branch hit Schuster because of some in-game beef. -

That can certainly be the case! I never get on the highway unless I have to, and even then I use WAZE on the most routine of trips to warn me in case of foul ups. -
Game week thread - Bills at Falcons MNF
BuffaloBillyG replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
What a wonderful trip down memory lane. Of course, nowhere did I say EVERY year. Yes, two seasons were tougher. As this season appears to be shaping up to be as well. Which is why I said BASICALLY every year...and not something more definitive such as LITERALLY every year. Speaking in basic reference, the Bills have had it easy in the division. Josh Allen's 32-13 record against AFCE teams can attest to that. But yes, there were 2 blip years where they had it more difficult. -

Remember when Allen threw the ball at a Chiefs player several years ago? If a KC player had gotten up and punched him, would you have said "actions have consequences?" What about the time he pointed and taunted a Bengals player a few years back? Did it vs the Dolphins once too. Is that bad, or only if Mahomes does it? -
