Putting the ball on the ground is dangerous, not sure that would work in the NFL, but there has to be a version of the fake that would work.
-
That was legitimately pretty. I think one thing Brady can take from the KC game is to have wrinkles out of the sneak, or other options he can turn to. He had all off season to agonize over it, so hopefully going forward if the opposing team stops it once or twice, he’ll have something else to pull from his bag of tricks instead of stubbornly calling the same play because it had worked throughout the season.

Not bad players but also not Chase & Higgins

Fundamentally decent. That’s what Romney said about Biden, a guy that never came across a lie he was unwilling to tell. Tibsy is as much a stone-throwing delusional malignancy as anyone else here and frequently more so. Good heavens.

I got into an argument on Reddit as I tend to do at times. The topic of conversation was “who was the best dual threat RB?” The NFL subreddit tends to actually be very knowledgeable, but what surprised me was that barely anybody even brought up Thurman Thomas. Honestly, the 90s were before my time and I only really got to see him play at the tail end of his career. According to people here, he is THE quintessential dual threat back. He has every accolade you could possibly want (well, ALMOST every one) numerous first/second team All Pro, 8 time Pro Bowler, NFL MVP, OPOY, 90s all-decade team. I am wondering why he is relatively forgotten about by the younger generation despite other players from Thurman’s generation brought up all the time. Emmit Smith, Walter Payton, Dickerson, Fault, Sanders, etc are all household names to fans.

Now entering bust status

From an unbiased outsider’s perspective, Mr. Grumpy Gus, it appears that YOU instigated your Labor Day morning fracas with Tiberius by referring to him as a “moop.” Tibsy is a fundamentally decent forum member who only means well. I may or may not be reminded of an ancient upstate New York proverb, crudely translated from the native Haudenosaunee tongue to English as follows: “Poke rear of black bear with hickory stick end, maybe face tomahawk of pale ingenue with impossibly flat stomach.” Heed the wisdom of those who came before you, Leh-nerd. << Narrator: Kay slowly licks the crimson residue off her virtual warrior blade, sending chills down Leh-nerd’s spine like the prevailing winds off of a great lake. With Kay’s menacing mountain lion-esque eyes fixated on Leh-nerd from afar, eyes black and cold like a winter night camping in the Tug Hill region, Leh-nerd’s chasmic frigidity finds momentary respite as he pees his pants in fear. >> << Also, Narrator: Leh-nerd notes that Kay is wearing a flowery long-sleeved maxi, with a very light beige foundation, well into Labor Day because Leh-nerd knows that Kay is never one to follow stupid fashion platitudes…because there was that one time Leh-nerd recommended that Kay not wear white into September, thinking Kay would actually find that outmoded advice useful…though to be fair to Leh-nerd, he was just trying to be helpful and it’s the sincerity that counts. Whatever. Kay is still going to threaten Leh-nerd with her virtual tomahawk if Leh-nerd acts up again with his MAGA stupidity. >>

When will Hillary Clinton get arrested this year?
BillsFanNC replied to Wolfgang's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Still love the Bullstojan's.... You mean you guys are FOR lawfare now? 😂 It was said over and over and over again at the time when they were circle jerking over closing the walls on Trump. Once you cross the Rubicon there's no putting the toothpaste back in the tube. You won't like what's most certainly coming. -
Happy Labor Day yall

Agree we didn't lose a starter or even the first backup coming onto the field. A week ago there was speculation whether Carter was going to be cut, so really doubt we need to worry about replacing him. Very likely he wouldn't have even dressed unless someone else got hurt and now that they signed Phillips, he may have taken the injured players spot first. Add to that we have a DT coming back in 6 weeks which many speculated Carter may have got cut then to make room

Sort of curious how the Bills run their tush push this year given how it petered out against KC, and also whether there might be some variations and trick plays from it. For example, not sure many people saw this, but New Mexico pulled off one of the best fake tush push plays I have seen on Saturday.

I don’t care if he’s the reincarnation of Warren Sapp. I don’t want this freaky guy within 100 feet of Buffalo or any school zone for that matter. I would not be the least bit surprised if he ends up getting in really bad trouble down the road. Yeah no definitely not the same reason… 😒

"Dawson Knox isnʼt just a tight end. Heʼs Buffaloʼs tight end. " I may be getting older, but I'm still as immature as ever. This line got me chuckling like I'm a 10 year old still 😆

We need at least 1 HR and 1 triple. Preferably on defense. Not every 1-3 round pick by Beane has been bad. But if Coleman and Kincaid don't improve this year, you're going to see some legitimate complaints against Brandon.
-
I think we know what he was - a bust. He failed to even flash potential.
-
Kincaid most certainly will be in the NFL for the foreseeable future. The question is will he take his game to the next level like some of his counterparts? Even if he plateaus where he’s at right now, he’s still average production wise around the league.
-
My quick $0.02 sense is that Kincaid has been fine. Still a very high ceiling, but hasn't really delivered on expectations yet. While Kincaid has taken the TE1 spot, Knox has low key been excelling at TE2. He's the better overall/well rounded TE at the moment, despite maybe not being as "athletic". IRC, I thought Knox was the much better option as the season progressed. I'm not throwing out Kincaid. I'm not even unhappy with him. It's just sort of where things have seemed to shake out at the moment. Knox might not be a $15M TE, but he has been really solid as of late, which has been overshadowed by the shiny new toy (Kincaid).

Unpopular take: Carter being out for the year is a net win for us. It keeps better players with more upside on the field like Sanders and Walker, and prevents Beane from considering releasing Ogunjobi after his suspension. I honestly had Carter getting released after the suspension anyway. At least this gives him one more shot next year, but I'm guessing the release him as soon as he's healthy anyway.
