The Bosa injury is by far the biggest bummer for this weeks game, but honestly, I'm at the point, where I no longer care. We have a bunch of key guys, that I rather preserve for the playoffs, Bosa being one of them. This hammy injury might be a blessing in disguise, as it will allow time for the wrist to heal. Not sure what difference it makes if we end up as the 5 or the 7 seed.

If we hadn't blown the Miami game, us getting the 1 would be reasonable. Pats finishing with 4 L's would be hilarious. They may very well lose to us and the Ravens but unless they lose to NYJ or MIA they take the division even if we win out I'd rather face any other team in the AFC on the road in the Wild Card. Burrow can't play defense. I just don't see them running the table. I think they lose this week and could very well lose to the Ravens. I know the Bengals beat them last week, but those AFCN games are usually wars. I would not be surprised at all if the Ravens win the rematch. Miami is trying to desperately get back in the playoff race as well. As the Bills found out the Dolphins game isn't an easy one either.

You need to strengthen your back and core. I had back surgery back in 2021. Back was up and down since then. A slight aggravation will put my back completely out for weeks. Then I started lifting like I did when I was a teen and in college. Now I feel pretty much 100%. I'm back to doing hang cleans, real squats and not the seated press machine....get to the squat rack. Back extensions and strenuous core workouts. Not sit ups or crunches on the ground....hanging knee raises or parallel bar knee raises. This actually strengthens the core, sit ups/crunches help too but it's not like a knee raise. Your back is everything. You can't just slightly make it stronger when it's this bad, you need to push it up a level. Walking, stretching and other exercises helps alleviate some pain but it won't fix it.

NFC wise TB when healthy is a unit and they are getting their guys back and Baker leads a run to the NFC title game before falling short. I still think the Rams are the best team in the NFL and when push comes to shove they outlast everyone. Unfortunately I have the Bills losing in BAL as it just feels like an atrocious matchup with the run defense and we lose something like 27-23 and everyone is very mad because the WR corp fails us in the biggest moment. (I hope I am wrong with everything I said in this last sentence)
