Nephilim17 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago They plagued us for years. They are the single biggest reason the Bills and our first-ballot HOF QB don't have at least one Super Bowl ring by now, if not multiple. I hoped for this last season, but you never know. But now we see it. Kelce, once an unstoppable force and a first-down machine, is now 36, a role player, and very stoppable. Chris Jones, still makes plays, but is no longer an unblockable terror up the middle. He's good but no longer consistently great. I'm not saying the Chiefs can't be good or make the playoffs in the next year or two. But the dynasty is over. They are no longer favorites to win it all every year. They will battle for the playoffs now. The 90s Bills are happy (that record run of four-straight SB appearances record should stay intact), the current Bills are happy, and we should be too. 4 2 2 1 Quote
Rocbillsfan1 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Yea they will have to retool. Kelce is done and Jones isn’t what he used to be 1 Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago They can still make the playoffs this year. I don't think there is a team I would trust less than the Chargers. I would say the Jags, but I think I have to start giving them credit. Chargers schedule down the stretch is brutal. If they lose tomorrow night to the Eagles, then Chiefs are very much still in it. 3 3 Quote

dakarider17 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago It sucks though that the Bills likely don't get an opportunity to knock them out of the playoffs. 1 Quote
NewEra Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Maybe. Maybe not. Lots can be done in the offseason. but it looks like we’ll keep our 4 straight SBs to ourselves. 1 2 1 1 Quote
bubba2018 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) Mahomes trying to throw a back shoulder to the inside and where the defender was why that was dropped by Kelce Rice and worthy are also just nothing special. Edited 14 hours ago by bubba2018 Quote
Doc Brown Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) I'm looking at the Chargers and Colts remaining schedule. I think if the Chiefs win out they make it. Especially with Daniel Jones out for the Colts. Edited 45 minutes ago by Doc Brown 1 Quote

SageAgainstTheMachine Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Say this when they’re mathematically eliminated. 10-7 could be good enough with the Colts hitting the scrap heap today and the Chargers schedule. 3 Quote

I was thinking the same but in a way we did. If they beat us we'd be out of the playoff picture right now with 5 losses. As of today I mean, but not eliminated. Because we beat them they had little margin for error. The game that really killed them was losing to Jax. That's what is great about the NFL: all the games are huge and could matter down the road. They've lost 4 of their last 5... It's likely they'll slip up in 1 of their remaining 4 games. Titans and Raiders are probably automatic wins. Broncos and Chargers I think they will split. Even if they do manage to run the table they need the Chargers to go 2-2 at best against Eagles, Cowboys, Texans, Broncos. Broncos may rest starters in week 18 giving LA an automatic win. So there is a LOT that KC needs to go right. Quote

Nephilim17 Posted 13 hours ago Author Posted 13 hours ago I don't think KC will make the playoffs, but even if they do, I believe the dynasty is over. They are no longer the dominating, intimidating, virtually unstoppable force they were for years. We shall see... Quote
