Tulsabillsfanz Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago That was a high risk, high reward throw. That’s why it making that throw as a last resort on 4th down, made it a necessary throw, not a reckless throw. 2 Quote

Snappysnackcakes Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago 22 minutes ago, Coach Tuesday said: The throw was insane - one of those crazy Josh throws that seems to defy the laws of physics, like the throw to Diggs in Detroit on Thanksgiving and the TD throw to Ty Johnson in the back of the endzone. It’s like watching Neo dodge bullets in the Matrix - Josh bends time and space. He operates in another plain of existence. This is actually a great analogy. 1 Quote

Mikie2times Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Amazing throw. I would argue this isn’t even in Allen’s top 3. Just off the top of my head, the pass to Murray in the Chiefs game, the Ty Johnson throw in the Denver playoff game, the TD to Knox in the Patriots playoff game, the throw to Shakir vs Baltimore regular season last year. I mean this is literally just the tip of the iceberg. He has some of the most improbable completions we have ever seen. 2 1 Quote

Actually I think it was at 5:40 of this video, but unless you see the view from the endzone camera you don't get a sense of how unreal it was. Quote

Yep exactly. I believe it was first drive 3rd quarter. He absolutely zipped the ball in the middle of the field to Ty in traffic as he was buying time in the pocket 1 Quote

IMO This is most definitely a top 3 throw of all time. Just a perfect blend of Allen’s elite scrambling, clutch factor, awareness, and arm strength. Shakir wasn’t open even by NFL standards. 2 Quote

The difficulty of this throw is hard to quantify. It shouldn’t even be possible. The defenders this ball had to go past… the accuracy… the evasiveness… and to hit Shakir right dead set in the numbers. Incredible. He had a pass just like this in the home opener vs the Raiders in September 2023. Quote

zow2 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago His last two home games vs Tampa and Cincinnati have been ridiculous. Quote

oldmanfan Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Phenomenal throw. Reminiscent of the throw to Diggs on Thansgiving Day. Quote
