Anyone else impressed with Bills players mostly keeping cool in the 1st half as Steelers were being dirty C U Next Tuesdays and the refs were pretending to be blind? Spencer Brown would have maybe been ejected lol. Epenesa got his dumb flag, but didn't Metcalf get his own on the next play or two? Bills players stayed pretty focused. Good on them.

That's where I think he broke the unwritten rule, as the talk is supposed to stay on the field 

 

Pretty sure he said "he had to do something to get you off me" because Cam was laying on him.

You're correct, my bad. Just listened to it again and that's what he said.

 

He still should have left the player talk out of it though , as it should stay on the field

Yeah Heyward has always been a bully on the field.   He has been taking extra shots at QB's all of his career and it just burns him that Allen is the one who won't take it.

 

And as Heyward has gotten older he's really turned into a whiny b!tch.  Wasn't impressed with him on Hard Knocks last year or his tough talk about Rodgers when Rodgers was deciding whether he was going to play for Pittsburgh.   He needs to relax or realize that if he wants to be on a SB team again he needs to be willing to relocate.     

 

He is 36...maybe he's in the first stages of menopause.

It seems to me Heyward quoted Allen saying, "I needed to do something to get you off of me."  Not "Off my game."

Bills down by 7 and just got a first down.  Josh looking to get up and get to the next play.

 

If the defender is slow rolling getting off a player (which Hayward basically admitted to doing), that player has every right to stand up.  Josh did and if his knee may have hit him in the gut…so be it.
