SCBills Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Didn’t think they’d get him with the Rams as the other team involved. It’s very clearly worth the move and he gives us another potentially competent WR on the outside. Palmer, Davis, Cooks and Shakir at least gives me some hope if they can gel with JA down the stretch. 4 Quote
HappyDays Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Well, it's something. In his prime he was a very good vertical WR which is a need for us but I have no clue if he has anything left in the tank. 1 6 Quote
WotAGuy Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) This should make Coleman useful. Can’t wait to hear Beane’s interview about it with Jeremy White on GR. Edited 1 hour ago by WotAGuy 2 Quote
BillsfaninChicago Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Drafted 16 picks after Sammy Watkins. Not sure where I am going with this… 1 Quote

BeastMaster Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Hopefully he can draw some coverage away from the rest of our guys to give them a little more space to operate Could be a sneaky signing if he's still a threat. Not sure he is at this point, though Quote

DapperCam Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Starting boundary receivers at the start of the season: - Keon Coleman - Josh Palmer Starting boundary receivers 2/3 through the season (both street FAs): - Gabe Davis - Brandin Cooks 1 3 1 Quote

Dick_Cheney Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago It's also kinda funny that every move Beane makes at WR now is an indictment of everything he has said and done in the past regarding the need to upgrade. He's eating his own words to some extent, but yeah, would have been great for him to have seen the light much much earlier and to have truly pushed for somebody top tier instead of "oh ***** i've gotta make some kind of move otherwise my QB is gonna end up getting Trent Edwards'd." 4 2 Quote
KCNC Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Cooks ain't gonna cut it! Why not just sign Gabe to 53? Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Y'all wanted a Saints WR at the trade deadline. Beane listens 3 1 7 2 Quote
JPL7 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago On paper this is a good signing, but this dude always confuses the hell out of me. Statistically he generally does well, though he certainly on the backside of his career being 32 years old now, but he’s been traded more than any other receiver in the history of the league. I’ve always wondered if he’s a malcontent or something Quote
SectionC3 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago At least they put that 1.75m TJ restructure to use. They had to do something. I’ll add that they damn well better put Gabe on the 53 if they’re doing something like this. Gotta take care of the originals first. 1 Quote
stlbills13 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago So Palmer, Shakir, Coleman, Moore, Samuel, Shavers, Cooks all on the 53 plus Gabe on the PS? Seems like too many spots unless Coleman is scratched for the season Quote
boater Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 29 teams ahead of the Bills didn't want him. Not a good omen. 1 2 Quote
