Exact kind of guy I don't want.  I do not think he cares if the team wins or loses.

Is this terribly important for non-QB players? If their priority is playing well themselves, and they consistently do, that's probably good enough in most cases.

Trevor Lawrence with an awesome throw for a TD to Meyers.

Great throw and an especially great route by Meyers who established his position in the end zone for the TD.   High end play by the WR.

Doesn’t sound great for Campbell and Wilson.

MRI for Campbell and walking boot and crutches for Wilson.  Not good at all. Sucks.

We’ll care once you play something more than the “remedial” schedule this year.  Until then, the Pats are a one-year wonder.

You do understand the Pats the last 2 years were one of the worst teams in the league.. people used the Pats as a get right games.. heck everyone figured pats be at best 9-8 even with this schedule..  could they be a 1 year wonder? Yup.. but we won’t know till next year

Nine wins in a row is very impressive in the NFL.

What happened to your LT? Is the injury serious?

They haven’t said just that it’s a knee injury, it doesn’t look good. Also lost LG with an ankle injury on the 1st series.. so the entire blind side has backups for Monday at least..

They have a very improved team, which I'd guess is still somewhere in the 4-6 range in the AFC despite the fact that they could end up w/ the 1 seed.

They haven't drafted very well, but they'll have a lot of cap space heading into next year. If they make the right moves, they could be a top contender.  But it's been awhile since they've made the right moves.

It will be interesting to see how the Patriots deal with their offensive line. Lost both Will Campbell and Jared Wilson today on carts so their whole left side is likely done for awhile if not the season.

Things gonna tighten up

Vrabel is coach of the year.  Can't see how he doesn't win easy.

💯 on poor drafts I think last year they hit on a handful of players. (Which imo a good draft) The bigs in the AFC all seem be having a down year this year.. KC, Baltimore, Cincy, heck Buffalo even seems off this year.. are the Pats the best team in the AFC? Heck no I think 4-6 is about right.. which is a HUGE improvement over the last 2 years.. For me they are playing with house money now

a last place schedule, top 10 draft picks and $100m in cap space can turn things around in a hurry

Despite all the craziness this year, we’ll still see the usual suspects (KC, Balt, Det, Philly) all in the conf championships. Mark it down.

I checked out the Lions box score...Gibbs is turning into/is a superfreak.

Under what circumstances are the Ravens the "usual suspects?" Lamar has made one AFC Championship game in his career, and he lost that game 17-10. He usually flames out in the divisional round.
