Will Ty Johnson be fined for his TD "celebration"??

Rico Dowdle was fined for his "2 pumps" celebration a few weeks ago, and after his amazing TD catch and run, Ty Johnson gave a "2 pumps" celebration of his own!!

 

Funny how the announcers didn't mention it, and the replays all cut off before his "suggestive" celebration could be shown again.

I'm not even sure what that is supposed to be?  Was he pretending he got shot in the leg and then fell down and pounded the ground?  Some people on YouTube were dying laughing and saying that's gonna be a fine, but I had no idea what that one was...

Although this might be one of the worst scouting reports I've seen in a while...

Allen said he is the best 3rd down back in the NFL last year and he looked like it...also he definitely is very good at pass pro.
