First half was a mixed bag on offense.  That said, we have opened up the downfield passing game and it is opening things up underneath a little bit.  Allen has hit some and missed some, but I like where we are.  Coleman off the field has been a positive.  The only thing I would have done different is have Moore active instead of Samuel.  I just think he is a better player.  But they probably want to get what they can out of Samuel until he gets hurt again which could happen at any time whether it's in game or not.

Anyway, the offensive line has to settle down.  Some reps are fine, but there have been too many where it looks like they have no idea who to block and it's rushing Allen's decision making.  Look.....if you can't get Cook going on the ground, get him going in the passing game.  He has to get the ball.

As for the defense, well, they haven't done anything right.  So, whatever they did in the first half, I guess do the opposite in the 2nd half.  Just a terrible effort.

it’s a helpless feeling when your D can’t get stops

The D has had some stops. They have been forced to punt. Would be nice to see the stops before they get close to midfield, though

On the plus side that first half was pretty horrific but we still have a lead and get the ball first, a TD now and some breathing space hopefully

Time to play ball control. Need to keep that billion dollar defense off the field or McBeane gets exposed.

Ball control isn’t gonna score points against Tampa
