They had better do that soon, because Gabe sticks out like a sore thumb when you look at WRs available on other teams' practice squads, and there is nothing but crazy-ass Dionte Johnson available amongst FAs. Someone else will claim him if we wait too long.

From what I’ve heard and read, Kingsley is a fantastic person overall. I know performing matters most, of course, but if you’re looking for guys to populate the practice squad and to supplement the game day roster, you look for character and cohesion.

I get what you’re saying, but I think we all know the guy is super mid at this point. They do too. I realize you aren’t going to find an all-pro out there just sitting around on the couch, but why not try turning over a different stone every now and then? Never know what you might find. League is littered with guys historically that have been UDFAs or practice squad contributors. Just my 2 cents though, which will ultimately get us nothing.

Gabe seems like he would replace Coleman more than Samuel.  I think Samuel has way more skill than Coleman, if he can stay healthy, and we start throwing him the ball.  

 

As raw as Coleman looks, not sure he could start on a lot of college teams.  (Although he probably could on my beloved Wolverines, as we have one of the worst WR group in America.  We just love to run run run...Play some pretty nasty defense... And run run run some more.)

I don't think it was horrible but it was an overpay.

 

3 yrs / 12-15 mil is the maximum Beane should have forked out.

Sorry I was just referring to being elevated rather than immediately added to the active roster, not necessarily replacing Samuel. 
 

I’d actually think he’d be more likely to take snaps from Moore

So they initially released Kristian Wilkerson alongside Jimmy Ciarlo, and having an active roster spot opened up by Hoecht's IR. But it seems like it was a procedural move to sign Jonathan and Couch on before they moved Mathis to the 53. He's now back:

Would be awesome if the Bills signed him to the PS, paid him to recover and rehab from his injury, then when he’s finally ready to play, someone else signs him and he’s gone. 😂
