It puts them around 3m of available cap, I believe.  They like to save some for injury settlements and such so I'm guessing it's in the 1.5m range for the remainder of the season for whoever is coming after from the restructure.

 

Heard about this on WGR this morning if you want to look.  It accounts for remaining cap for this year on all players for the trade deadline.

1.75m isn't much in and of itself. But the timing of it most likely says they have something in the works that requires them creating space. Which is huge.
