Milano was the talk of camp.  Reports were he was playing faster and making plays

Agreed. Every snap he doesn't play increases the chances he'll be ready for PO.

 

I hate to say it but our SB hopes depend on him to be healthy. With Hoecht and Oliver down already he is our last DL hope to make difference in PO.

 

We really need him to stay healthy.

Nobody that’s been playing gets to week 10 without some bumps and bruises. Everything goes on the injury report. Probably not a big deal for most of these, let them sit out a practice or two.

The fact is you can find reason for argument no matter what bias you would like to take. Our defense wasn't good enough. Our offense wasnt good enough. The Eagles defense was stacked and came in with a plan that worked.

 

Our D shut them out in the 3rd quarter. We came away with 6 points. In the 4th quarter we turned the ball over twice on downs. 9 plays 24 yards over 4 minutes of time. Gave them the ball back. That wasn't the game ending drive even. It was the 4th quarter starting drive. It killed almost 1/3 of the clock to get 24 yards and give them the ball back at almost midfield. Then we traded touchdowns. Then they got a field goal. Then we had the ball with all the time in the world to win the game on one last drive and we got 17 yards with 1 first down.

Was our D great? 100% no but it did well enough that our O had the ball with a chance to win the game and the fact is that it couldnt move the ball. I 100% put that game on the offense, just like I 100% put the 13 second game on the defense.  Both sides have had a chance to close the game and neither could close.

Absolutely they did. Anyone telling you any different is lying to you. One of the Chiefs or Ravens could very likely miss the playoffs this season. Both are down and can't afford losses. Just like we actually couldn't afford the loss.

It may not technically be a "must win" game but it's as close as any.

There’s absolutely no shot this is the case lol it’s straight up cope based on them not wanting to believe that Buffalo is right there with them and that these playoff games could easily be going either way 

 

They needed this one badly for playoff positioning, the game last year was their last hurdle for a perfect regular season, and the season before that they had a really good shot to eliminate a team that plays them pretty tough from playoff contention.  Absolutely no shot they held back in any of those games. 
 

if you swapped Elam in for benford like what happened in the playoffs the chiefs probably win this regular season game. The playoff games really aren’t all that different stylistically.  The year they whooped us in the playoffs they whooped us in the regular season, the years the regular season games are extremely close and hinge on the outcome of 1-2 plays, the playoffs go the same way

It is but Cook specifically was rolled up on during the Chiefs game. Not much you can do about that. It does show Cooks toughness to gut it out though. Aint easy to play his position with an ankle injury.

Honestly, this stuff is so overblown it isn't funny. Sure, they may hold a couple trick plays or change a few tendencies or something they don't normally do but its not like they completely change offenses for one playoff game.
