We did it without him, too

Joey Bosa ring a bell

You guys anointed a PED user that probably hurt himself cause of his PED usage

Get over this guy. It was a

It's a huge loss. Believe what you want.

what can they do about it now?  Nobody is trading them a difference making defensive player

oliver, jones, sanders, carter are hurt at dt.  Its extremely limiting what they can do and today in the dime they used williams and hoecht and it was great.  now that is gone.

I’m hoping shaq or Milano could fill that role and they keep doing it- I loved the no DT Defense.

maybe AJE in that spot? He has been very good this year

People freak out here and i get it. But injuries are part of the game.

They just lost their best defensive player for the year and one of their only two big FA acquisitions for the year in back to back weeks, at the same position group, which happens to be the 2nd most important group on the field after QB.

That's light years beyond the "part of the game" expectation.

Epinesa did have a strong game today.  I suppose it's too much to ask that he play that way the rest of the season, or that the light will turn on for Landon Jackson.

AJ as DE3 isn’t as bad as it would’ve sounded to start the season. I think he’s been solid this year

We’ll miss Hoechst when he moves inside.  A lot.

To go that kind of injury from PED's is 100% a thing. The muscles and strength overpower the tendons and ligaments and body itself.

I sure did see the potential connection, unfortunately

even if unrelated, it invites uncomfortable speculation….

Hoecht is a big loss if out for the year...couple that with Ed and some others and it's even more so bad. Here's to hoping beane can pull something for an inside rusher that adds potential, cuz hoecht was playing at an amazing level the last 2 games.

on the bright side, it wasn’t bosa

one might say most of us expected an injury at DE, and some solace it was DE3, not DE1 or 2

For sure. I’m broken inside because of this but we have to move on

Actually I thought he hurt himself early in the game, on the play where he swam JTaylor (the play right after he'd gotten too wide and taken himself out for a big gain) and dropped Hunt 2 yrds deep on a 1st down. He was favoring his left shoulder for a looong time after that. At a couple points, I thought he wasn't even using it.

Jackson moves up to get his shot.  But I also think they make a trade.

They need a body on the Dline. Either at DT or DE. Something needs to be done there they just lack a lot of healthy bodies and you don’t want to over rely on Bosa either.

Harrison Phillips to me is a good competent DT shouldn’t cost much. If the Bills can do that and somehow get a WR that could make a difference for the offense then I would be very impressed.

Sucks to see him get hurt. Hopefully he can be ready for the start of next season but it's possible he may miss some time to start.

Likely at best gonna start on the PUP List or IR to start next season. It seems like a year long injury

Javon Solomon was who the bills turned too for this role in the 4th quarter after the injury.

I can’t say I remember 1 good thing that Solomon has done for this defense so my hopes are low but I think this will be what the bills try next.
