  1. Don't worry. This rebuild will produce a totally different result.
  2. Albert Breer was just on the herd saying he thought Deebo Samuel would be available. What would everyone's thoughts be? Fwiw, I have no idea if it would even work from a salary perspective. Just throwing it out there.
  3. In 6 years he's given him 3 first round type talent pass catchers, 2 of which are still yet TBD on how good they really are... Other than that, not a single player before the 4th round. Now compare that to other SB contending teams. This front office has failed Josh Allen. Period.
  4. Having a potential multi-year rebuild in the middle of your Franchise QB's career when you don't even have a super bowl appearance to show for it should be fireable imo... and this draft indicates to me they're going to double down on the same failed strategy that wasted Allen's first 6 years.. Give him weapons only when they have to then focus on "team captain" defensive players. It's so frustrating.
  5. I think 3 years from now this draft class will be a lot of "I can't believe we drafted X when Y was picked a few picks later"
  6. We went into this draft with WR being our biggest need. We left this draft with WR being our biggest need. That's unacceptable imo Why this franchise isn't hellbent on loading up around Josh Allen as much as possible is absolutely mind-blowing to me.
  7. I don't trust Pegula to do what needs to be done. This season will end the same way they all have under McDermott. He isn't an upper echelon head coach and I'm not convinced Brandon Beane is a truly elite GM either. Barring an unforseen run this season I think this franchise needs a front office and coach that is hellbent on aggressively building around Josh Allen for once.
  8. It doesn’t take a football genius to see that Josh freaking Allen shouldn’t have Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir and Curtis Samuel as his primary WRs going into his age 28 season
  9. The teams we're competing against WR2's: One of Rashee Rice, Hollywood Brown, Xavier Worthy Jaylen Waddle Nico Collins/Tank Dell Tee Higgins Stop huffing the copium
  10. We went into the best WR draft in years with WR being our biggest need. We came out of that draft with WR still being our biggest need and the dude we did draft was the most polarizing WR prospect. The MAIN priority of this entire organization should be building the best set of skill players in the league for Josh Allen. They stubbornly refuse to do that.. and it's going to cost them their jobs and Josh Allen's prime years.
  11. Going to the trash heap to give the best QB in franchise history someone to throw the ball to because you wanted to draft choir boys on defense instead... Sounds like McBeane.
  12. I don’t disagree but I also think McDermott has a lot of influence on personnel decisions. That doesn’t absolve Beane but if I had to keep one of them it would be Beane, although my preference would be a clean slate.
  13. C- : Felt like this draft had McDermott written all over it. Give Josh one weapon while adding “team captain” type guys all over the defense. This roster as a whole simply hasn’t had the talent to beat the elite teams in the playoffs and I don’t think this draft changed that. If you had told me the only moves the Bills would make would be a few trade downs and they wouldn’t use their bevy of picks to try to go up and get anyone who was a value and that Keon Coleman would be the only WR I would l’ve laughed. A few solid picks but overall this draft pretty much sums up this regime: Not bad, some reasons for optimism but also frustratingly unimaginative.
  14. The problem with this draft is it shows there’s no change in philosophy. They’ll add to the offense when they have to but the priority is getting “team captain” guys on defense. They’re doubling down on a strategy that’s failed. Beane and McDermott won’t change.
  15. I’m honestly ready for both McD and Beane to be gone. I don’t trust them to properly utilize all of the draft picks they have next year. This is going nowhere. It’s just being kept afloat by Josh Allen.
  16. McDermott has clearly run his course in Buffalo. It’s obvious to everyone except Pegula. We’re just going to continue to waste prime Josh Allen
  17. This was one of the deepest WR drafts ever. If we didn’t come out of it with a top shelf WR then that’s a failure
  18. I think it’s also obvious that Pegula will never get rid of him. He should’ve been gone after this season imo but I think *when* the Bills fall short again this year they’ll just claim to be “rebuilding” and run it back
  19. This front office will never build around Allen… and I think the biggest reason for that is Sean McDermott.
  20. McDermott has to have had a never ending hard on making these picks
  21. A linebacker lol What an absolute letdown this draft has been
  22. Shakir is going to be that guy who is a solid, high floor flex starter in 12 team fantasy leagues
