This is now on Beane, no question he needs to step up.
KentuckyBillsFan replied to SoonerBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Beane is a bigger contributor to our inability to beat the Chiefs than McDermott IMO.. -
If the Bills are looking to take big swings this off season I wonder if anyone gets moved to either open cap space or acquire more draft capital? Seems like obvious answer would be Rosseau. I also wonder if Milano is a sneaky trade candidate, but I don't know the cap ramifications if that were to happen.

I really think we need a good corner to pair with Benford Jahdae Barron and Shavon Revel could be available at 30. I'm sure we'll go D-line but our entire secondary is just not good enough IMO

James Cook Opens Up On Losing To Chiefs - interview

Love this dude. Clearly has that alpha mentality this team sorely needs. Priority to extend his contract this off season IMO -
Chris Jones - 2nd round pick Travis Kelce - 3rd round pick George Karlaftis - 2nd round pick Trent McDuffie - Late 1st Round Pick Isiah Pacheco - 7th round pick Leo Chenal - 3rd round pick Rashee Rice - 2nd round pick Xavier Worthy - Late 1st round pick It's such a pathetic excuse.

I'm just tired of this regime. I appreciate what they've done but we need a new way of thinking.

It's very obvious McDermott needs to hand off the defense to someone else. That side of the ball needs a complete new way of thinking. No way McDermott does that though.

Hot Take: Does Bobby Babich Lose His Job?
KentuckyBillsFan replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have no idea why people think we're suddenly going to be able to go out and get the elite talent we haven't been able to get for the last 7 years... Even if we do I have zero faith it will perform when needed. -
Brandon Beane is on the clock….
KentuckyBillsFan replied to BillMafia716ix's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just feels like we're running circles. We've had the same issues for half a decade and we're expecting the group that hasn't been able to fix those issues to suddenly be able to. Feels inevitable that next year we'll be in the same spot because we don't have enough difference makers on offense or defense. Late January 2026: "We just need a guy who can separate" "Everyone eats until you need to convert a 4th and 5 to win the game" "We just couldn't get any pressure on Mahomes/Jackson/Burrow" "Our secondary just doesn't have the speed" I'm so tired of it. -
My god, no. He's a bigger locker room cancer/distraction than Diggs

Still cracks me up that we gave Mahomes to the Chiefs
KentuckyBillsFan replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mahomes isn't the Mahomes we know now if he comes here... KC is a dramatically superior organization. Not sure we could even win a SB with Mahomes. -
I laugh at the Bills fans that say they are done

Great thread man -
I have no faith that if he does come here he won't be a letdown like our defensive line is every season. There is a system problem with that unit IMO

We need new ideas on both sides of the ball.
KentuckyBillsFan replied to Yobogoya!'s topic in The Stadium Wall
Life will be easier when you accept that nothing is going to change and that McDermott will be here until he doesn't want to be. -
I'm sure we'll draft more team captains who can't play but are great culture guys
-
I'm going to be honest, this will be the least interested I've been in a draft and FA period in the Allen era. I have absolutely no faith in Brandon Beane to get this right.

The problem is that our weaknesses have been our weaknesses for many years now. The people in charge of correcting them haven’t proven they are capable of doing so.

I’m sure Beane will nail our early round picks like always
