Game week thread - Chiefs at Bills

Time to put some separation between us and the Chiefs, fellas.
 

It’s good that we have an extra day of rest over them.

I am surprised that my thinking doesn't care if the Chiefs win or lose tonight. In normal years you want them off a win so there's no chip on their shoulder. The Chiefs have lost some games this year and have blood in the water. Their defense is playing far below their level of ability and Spagnola is still there. He could be a wizard when it starts clicking.

 

Until then I think their offense is going to be the short term shot. I don't see the offense continuing to play above their weight unless Rice comes in to do what no one else in the league is doing. Well, beyond exaggerating, we aren't seeing the across the board numbers of success at WR this year like before.

being dogs at home should provide a little extra motivation.  here's hoping Josh gets what he needs this week to be his usual self against KC.  Hairstons arrival is not a minute too early.

The point of this game is to put as little on film as possible.

 

I don't care if we run 40 halfback dives and lose 100-0.

A win against KC puts you two games up in the win column along with a head to head tie breaker and really diminishes KC’s chances at winning the AFCW.

Love the Chiefs get the short week with 1.5 days less rest AND have to travel for the game on top of it!

Here's my theory.........we beat KC every year in the regular season and then lose to them in the post season, so it wouldn't break my heart if it was the other way around this year.

I am going to the game!!! First Bills game in Buffalo since the 1996 home playoff loss to JAX when I was 8 years old! LFG!

The CBS pre-post-game crew will in Buffalo for this one. Obviously, we are getting the #1 CBS announcers with Romo and Nantz. I wonder if the CBS crew will jump through tables again.

Hopefully WAS keeps it close so at least KC has to play a full game. If its a blow out KC may be resting guys at halftime.

I feel good about this one.  There are games where the team hasn't seemed as motivated as usual this year - but that won't be a problem w/ this one.

i was at that game too. Gross. Jim Kelly’s last game. Got carted off the field. My dumb azz was excited to Todd Collins.. I was 15 and dumb

Palmer had good games against KC with the Chargers.
