They are PERFECT for what Reid and Mahomes want to do. Different kinds of speed and quickness and RAC and possession guys who can attack every part of the field. RB is that offense's only average-to-meh group, imho. Could see KC drafting a TE and/or RB on Day One or Day Two. Or of course a CB or S or DT. So...really narrowing it down here.

But enough about Hoecht and Ogunjobi...

IDK. I think Mahomes would rather have Tyreek Hill and a prime Kelce instead of JuJu, Kelce’s bloated corpse, and a couple speedsters. Yes, they might be adequate for that specific offense, but compared to the league they are mid to lower middle tier.

Our back seven, especially the LBs, are in for another rough afternoon. Once again, Josh will need to put up a 40 burger. Brady will have to be creative given the dearth of receivers but I question if he is up to the task.

I think Hoecht will add quite a bit to our run defense, so hopefully not many runs will get to the 2nd level.  The Panthers passing O is pretty mid.

I used to have respect for Richardson based on him being the first NFL player to become an NFL owner. But he was really a piece of work too.

Hmmm... I understand the concessions at Mercedes Benz are very inexpensive... that goes for the beer too?

😝

They aren't great... but they're very fast.

They’re fast, but I bet Mahomes wishes he had someone who could get open in the red zone. I mean who would you call their best pass catcher ? They don’t have a #1 either.

Rice is pretty darn good unfortunately

so Rapp... while never more than an average starter, had a missed tackle rate last season of around 3 percent. THIS year we have found out that he's been injured (knee) since training camp and this season he has a missed tackle rate of around 25 percent.

And the conclusion is that Rapp should never see the field again for the Bills this season???

That doesn't make sense... Again, I understand that even at full capacity he is a replacement worthy player. But we should be careful what we wish for.

If he heals from this injury and gets back to his 2024 form, is that better than an old Poyer? Might be. We know its better than a healthy Hamlin.

Dramatic conclusions are more fun, I get it, but...

I find this to be almost unfathomable how after a bye week so many people would STILL not be ready to play.

I mean how seriously are they taking their treatment and rehab to get themselves ready?

Did they cancel their bye week plans and stay in town to do rehab work to ensure they were good to go or did they go spend their week off in Cancun soaking up some rays and drinking Pina coladas with their wife or girlfriend?

And if they did stay in town WTF is the strength and conditioning staff and trainers doing them because clearly it hasn't been their job.

Noah Gray is their red zone guy. Kelce is their x factor at this point  because he can't show up every play or do it like he used to so when he does it's a big play, significant and almost impossible to stop

Rice seems to get a lot of targets in the Red Zone historically. He caught 2 short TD passed last week in his first game back.

I hate to say this but KC is looking like a problem again now.

Not until they fix that defense. I am convinced they're a great team but not to their potential.

They just held the Raiders to 98 total yards of offense!  That's incredible defense right there.  I know the Raiders are only 2-5 but still....

I don't think Poyer and Hamlin are his competition any more.

I would not be at all surprised if McDermott cannot keep Jordan Hancock off the field any longer.

That would be ideal!

Seems like we really are losing this game.

Nah, I think the Bills take this one, but I'm definitely betting the Panthers +7.   I'd be happy to lose the bet.

Well unlike some other team we know, their defense tends to play better on the playoffs.
