It should be Kevyn Adams and it should have been done at least 365 days ago.

My money is on Terry running it back with all 3.

(I spared Lindy on this list, because his contract is up anyways. He isn't coaching anybody in 26-27. He would just be a scapegoat)

Unless we lose-out I think it is very unlikely that they blow everything up the year before moving into the new stadium.

I agree.

I think it's going to come to a fever pitch with Kevyn Adams.

The Sabres are beyond a joke and it's baffling that he still has a job.

That being said, I'll gladly sacrifice the Sabres to keep Pegula from messing with the Bills org. I'm fine with coaching staff replacements but I don't trust Terry to actually be involved with the process.

I wonder if things would have been different if Kim were healthy. She was the driving force in them buying the Bills. She seemed to take the wins and losses personally like a fan. They showed her in the parking lot doing shots tailgating with the fans one time on the CBS pregame show a few years ago. I wonder if Beane are McDermott are still here if she were still involved with the team. At the very least I think she would have put them on notice and their seats would be very hot after 9 years of not getting it done. IMHO

Terry is incapable of making big changes now that Kim isnt in charge, or at least contributing. Losing her has put the Bills back into a purgatory.

I expect no changes to be made. Especially not the Bills. Maaayyybe the Sabres since Terry thinks he's a hockey insider. But I think he's just focused on keeping status quo and taking care of Kim at home (not a knock on that).

Terry does not care, apperantly.  He is becoming the Bob Nutting of NFL owners.

There's plenty to criticize with ownership, but I dont think it's fair to say he doesnt care. He cares, but with the Kim situation, his attention has been re-focused to home.

I don't think the Kim situation, as terrible as it is, is materially distracting his ability to manage the Bills and/or Sabres.  And the Sabres were a disaster prior to Kim getting ill.

she seems to care more about winning than Terry.

Seriously? Terry can't even dump Kevyn Adams, an over-his-head GM whose team has never made the playoffs

Here's your answer, sunshine...

He should hire Lou Lamoriello as a consultant to help the Sabres find a new GM and HC. Lou still knows the league although he is too old to handle the day-to-day duties of being a GM

They could miss the playoffs two years in a row and McD & BB would still be here.  Pegula would be convinced it was injuries, officiating, or just plain bad luck.

Pegula, BB & McD are all here for at least 5 years or so…easily can be convinced they are here as long as Josh is here.

Isn't Terry and Kim's oldest daughter being groomed as the Bills next owner. I thought Terry was showing her the ropes by bringing her to the owner meetings as well as learning the day-to-day responsibilities of running the team.

Maybe, but IMO it will be 5 years or more before Terry steps aside.
