He isn’t that bad and his team has certainly not helped him out. At least 6 or 7 drops today. But yes, he isn’t working the deep field. All intermediate and short passing. Tua 2.0 indeed.

That OPI on Diggs is the perfect veteran WR push off they usually don't call. Doesn't look like much, but basically makes it impossible for the DB to make a play on the ball if you time it right.
