Let's bring him to Buffalo every one is wanting a change from McD because he can't win the big game maybe he can what you think ??

As for Rex Ryan as HC that would be a NO from me but McDermott and Beane are in their 9th year. It is fair to question if they are the right men for the job of bringing a championship to Buffalo.

I think he's a very good OC, but not sure if he's the right fit for Josh.

If anything, I feel he’s way more creative than Brady and would take advantage of our limited talent better.

You laugh, but there are Rex Ryan and Doug Whaley truthers on this very message board.

I don't get how he can be on 'thin ice'.  How a billionaire owner would want to tolerate this (same goes with our hockey team as well).

If I were Ross, I would act now.  You install a team president.  Not sure who is out there, but someone needs to be brought in and evaluate and fix the broken organization and culture.  Grier should be gone right when a suitable replacement can be onboarded.

Also, McDaniel should be out immediately.  You don't lose anything by letting him go.  This team isn't going to suddenly and magically change its trajectory.  They have a dead hand and no use to just continue playing it.  A new coach will better show who is worth keeping (and paying).  You have to figure out what the hell Tua is.

Installing Rex Ryan and expecting everyone to be suddenly motivated and everything fixed is only going to waste at least 2 more seasons.

Agreed with all of this except the last line. Everyone should already know exactly who and what Tua is, especially those people in the Dolphins building.

(hint: he should be thrown out along with Grier and McDaniel)

I think both were probably better at their jobs then they showed here. Whaley had an eye for talent, just very poor idea of how to construct a roster (and missed badly on a QB)

Rex was here to be a star and didn't put in enough effort.

They were rightly fired in the results-based business

The article is likely directly from Ross and is a CYA.   Like an idiot he signed McDaniel to an extension a year ago through 2028, so he is eventually going to have to pay McDaniel for the next three seasons not to coach if he fires him.   The article allows Ross to try and be in some middle ground between his failing team and the fans who buy tickets.  If McDaniel somehow turns it around Ross can decry the article as nonsense.   Its cowardly and does nothing positive for the organization.   If you think you may fire him just do it.  I am no McDaniel fan, but what Ross is doing is an insult to the time and energy McDaniel has put in.

I'm beginning to think that there is a possibility of McD's message that is getting stale but NO ONE here can dispute that he is a good coach given his over all record and what he has done for this franchise period . If there is anyone here that can say they have not enjoyed what this team has been since he has gotten here they are a liar !!

That being said I think Beane is a very good GM and if a change at HC was made he should stay ! Not exactly sure what or how much input the HC has in the draft process but Beane has and can maneuver the draft very well and has brought some very good players here and he can keep the cap in a very good place .

I really hope that some things can happen this season and McD can bring a championship here to quiet all the haters because I think he has taken a lot more of the heat for failures or should I say short comings under him and he has always been the guy that will take that upon himself which is another thing I like about him !

But in that reply which you reply's to I was being a wise guy . If there is 1 coach that I thought the Bills would've, should have, could have, brought in for a change Vrabel would have been that guy but I honestly don't think anyone other than maybe Kyle Shanahan would be a good change for this team & don;t know enough about other up & coming assistants to say they could do better than McD ...

Who would you give props to ???

I give both Beane and McDermott credit for changing the culture of this organization. It wasn't that long ago the Bills were a POS organization. They were basically the Jets with the only difference being they were wearing blue instead of green. I don't see Terry making a change. I mentioned this before but if the Bills missed the playoffs this year, I think he would give them the chance to fix it in 2026. At that point who knows who will be available to become a HC.

He's the most ridiculous human I've seen front of a camera, trump or biden excepted.

Could be gummies, could be Xanax. But something is off with that lad and it's not senility.
