Billsfanatic8989 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) It would be embarrassing if Maye/Vrabel win a SB together within the next four years. All the while 33 year old Allen still cant quite bail out McD's defense in the postseason. That's my fear. We keep losing the same way in the postseason. And before we know it, we look up and NE has surpassed us. Edited 2 hours ago by Billsfanatic8989 Quote

We had 4 straight and couldn't get even 1. Now we have a generational talent at QB and we still can't even GET to a SB. The Bills will never win a Super Bowl. I just don't see this organization putting together a good enough team outside of Allen to get it done. 1 1 Quote

What is real is that they are improving and are on the up, they'll likely improve all year. Maye is looking the part of a franchise QB 100%. I think there's some battles with them coming in the next couple years. 4-13 was nice, but we have to move on now. At least Miami is still wallowing in mediocrity and trending favorably down (the toilet) 😁 1 1 Quote

Pats are a wild card team I think this year and anything more after that is simply a bonus. (That’s assuming no injuries to major core players since there is zero depth anywhere) 1 Quote

I'm to the point in my long suffering fandom that I can predict by the 3rd drive if they're going to win or lose pretty reliably, and given all the long faces and undisciplined play/penalties/bad decision making, it was clear that the Bills couldn't have been any less interested in the game. I said something similar back in maybe 22 when they went through a swoon, and assumed then that there was a rot in the locker room, which their was. Too bad that rot came back and stole the underpants from our entire secondary over and over again last night. Anyways, the Bills lack discipline, and that comes from the coach. He should have been fire and brimstone with them at the half but you know he sat down and gently spoke of his feelings instead. What a mess. clap clap. I think he did have fire & brimstone at half... Why the Bills came out and scored... But yeah....You right. Quote

(That’s assuming no injuries to major core players since there is zero depth anywhere) I think the Div winners are Buffalo, Denver, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis. So NE's immediate competition is KC, LA, Jacksonville. Even if they win 10, it might not be enough, the margin for error is small. The AFC West has 3 playoff teams by itself. They're relevant, so if that means "back" then I guess they are. They have to prove consistency though. If they win 7 out of the next 8 that they should be favored in, then count me as a believer. Not until then though. Edited 1 hour ago by P Riv 1 Quote
Jauronimo Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I remember the last time the Pats were back. Mac Jones was the real deal after besting us in a hurricane and the Pats locked down the division that night. Somehow they ended up on the road in the wild card round and got trounced. But this time its for real. Just don't look at the Raiders game or the Stillers game. The Pats are back baby! Quote

If they get 10 or 11 wins and miss the playoffs I will still be proud of them because they have been awful the last 2 years and that would show an amazing positive growth.. but heck it make December games fun to watch since they would still have meaning and I won’t be ticked off because they won a meaningless game at the end of the year to drop out of the 1st overall draft pick lol.. 1 Quote

We shall see... long season. Your Pats fans are delusional! My Pats have their QB I think with Maye but we are way to thin at every position to “take over” anything.. and as a Bills fan pointed out the turnover bug is an issue and with Gibson looking like he is out for awhile we can’t bench the major reason for that Stevenson (10 Fumbles 6 lost highest in the NFL) So until they get that part taken care of any game can be lost. 2 Quote

They got so used to owning the division that it seems like they think once they get back in 1st place, there won't be any looking back & it will be the Brady years all over again. Even if they continue on their current trajectory (still kind of a big if), it's not like the Bills won't challenge for the top spot every year that Allen is here. Quote

But Vrabel is a good coach. That's exactly the kind of game you get from him. ?? The play to Diggs as Maye scrambles and hits Diggs going out of bounds? For this young man playing the best team in the league on prime time in Buffalo of all places to go toe to toe with Josh Allen..yeah i do not know what game you were watching. Most people not being bias, got a glimpse of what could be. I wouldn't say the Pats are back. I would say trending up, but I do not think they are better than the Bills. Maybe a season or two away. PS: He was also out there doing things Allen usually does. Bills spent like a quarter blitzing him every down and he ran out the pocket and made a play almost every time.
