Bring on the Jets

The Jets gave the Steelers a game but the Jets are NO Ravens.

 

We should be able to handle the Jets fairly easily.

We just gotta clean up outside contain. Make Fields a pocket passer. Hall is not Henry but I'd like to see more 4-3 until we figure out our safety issues.

I don’t think bishop was as overwhelmingly bad as it seemed from his lowlight plays tbh.  I thought Rapp was even worse (not saying much though 😂).  That infamous super weird late blitz was some snap shenanigans from the ravens…that was actually pretty cool tbh.  Ravens just went up and immediately silently snapped it which got the bills caught in their coverage disguise.  Probably a blessing someone did that to us in the regular season…lions do it some but im not sure if they did it to us at all

Hall is a beast but fields who I feel like is underrated is Lamar veryyyy light still though 😂

Last year we beat them 23-20. The year before was the game Rodgers got hurt in and we lost in OT on the blown punt return. 

 

I wouldn't necessarily call either of those a "beat down".

I mean yeah on paper it is an easier matchup but they are similar in that they want to run with Fields and Hall.

Might take them a little bit to get the new defensive scheme down…probably good the road game is early

Henry is and has been a unique handful for Buffalo. Jets are not Henry.

Their game plan Sunday looked pretty similar to the Ravens. Hall isn't Henry but he's probably faster. Fields can run also but isn't as quick as Lamar. Garrett Wilson is better than Zay Flowers. I would also say the Jets pass rush is significantly better than the Ravens 

 

They made the Steelers defense look pretty terrible. Our defense also looked pretty terrible. Need to play much better this week or it's going to be a similar scenario (need to score bunch because we are getting filleted on defense).

Division road games are never easy.  Even dynastic squads tend to win these games by a single score with the occasional upset.

Contain their run game.  Get a lead.  Make Fields pass downfield.  Keep the eye on the ball.

Thank you for your correction.  My post was poorly constructed.  I didn't intend to describe the games as "beat downs", the "down" was a geographical mention of the location of their stadium in relation to Western and Central New York State.  

I do see that the Bills have struggled in the Jets' home stadium the past two years.

They just about always give us a really tough time.  Cannot think this will be easy.   They won't wanna start 0 and 2.
