Pro tip.. go to the “about” or contact links that are at the bottom of pretty much all websites.  See what you get.    In this case… you get nothing but more ads.  Definitely fake.

Agreed.

I also love that Keon his his strongest critic.  He press conference where he basically said he was trash last year was awesome.  I don’t agree with Keon (I though he was pretty decent), but I loved that he wasn’t satisfied and knew he needed to improve.

Yeah, regardless if this exact quote was accurate or not, Keon has said plenty of great things this offseason that are verified, including taking the criticism professionally and even provided his own criticism of himself.  Allen saying Keon was on him all offseason on how to be better and more in tune with what he wants too, etc.  He is doing all the right things and saying all the right things so far and its at least showing up on the field thus far in camp.  Lots to prove when the real games begin, but its encouraging to see, hear, and read about his development thus far this offseason.

Keon is his own strongest critic... equaled only by a handful of posters here.

In the interviews following yesterday's Blue and Red scrimmage, Keon was "angry" (his words) about his 2 drops.

He atoned with 3 catches later on including 2 of the very difficult variety.

His critics on this site are beating the "consistency drum" but the media corps following training camp are pretty unanimous that he's showing well and that he's the main focus of the passing offense.

Phrases like "The Summer of Keon" are being thrown around liberally by those whose job it is to report on the team.

It's factually accurate to say that thus far, he's having a great camp.

Calm down, no one is intentionally "promoting clickbait pages", and this link is NOT where I found the story.  The story, not the link, was being discussed on a number of Bills and Bills Mafia pages I am a member of.  All I did was do a quick search and found the first link I could find just so I could copy and paste the quote instead of typing it.  Does it mean its 100% real, no, but I also had no reason to believe the story was false before I looked for a link.

What I do know is it aligns with things he and Allen have both stated all offseason in his commitment.  End of the day, this is a minor story, real or not, in what was already a stellar offseason.  Its not the kind of story that is worth the time to go and literally watch the hours and hours of Keon interviews to see if this was something he really said in one of those.  If you want to, great, but I won't be as the story isn't that important.  Was just sharing something that seemed like a fun story that was showing up in some other places I follow.

I’m traveling today, but tomorrow I plan to write a story about Ed Oliver lifting more than he ever has before. I'll post it on a little known blog site and share it here to get everyone excited about Ed Oliver's dedication. I'm not implying that anyone isn't working hard; however, if you search for this story about Keon, you won't find a single reputable website or X user discussing it.

Really no reason to be a dooche about it - but hey, whatever floats your boat.

It wasn't that serious, and again, I didnt get the story from the article, it was being quoted on other Bills pages, and I grabbed the first link I found to avoid retyping the quote so I could copy and paste it.  If it turns out that their source was also this link and it didn't happen, so be it.  But giving all the attitude about it really wasn't necessary.  I own 2 businesses and have 2 kids, doing an internet sleuth due diligence on everything in a society full of misleading stuff is not always in the cards.

I saw there was a bunch of stuff related to the Blue and Red scrimmage and interviews on Youtube last night, but I haven't had time to watch any yet, but I would check there for the interviews, they usually post the camp interviews there

From the Buffalo News (excerpted from behind their paywall):

"A few drops early in the practice seemed foreboding for Keon Coleman. The Buffalo Bills' wide receiver was playing in front of a busy Highmark Stadium in the Return of the Blue and Red, and he was off to a rocky start.

Coleman first dropped a pass right to him from quarterback Josh Allen. Later, he couldn't haul in a throw from Mitch Trubisky, letting it bounce off his upper body before it fell to the ground.

But Coleman persisted and he rebounded. Coleman had a few huge catches Friday in front of the reported crowd of 39,224 fans.

His first was a deep ball down the right sideline from Mike White with cornerback Christian Benford in coverage. Then, when the Bills worked on their hurry-up offense, Coleman had two highlight-reel worthy catches from Trubisky over cornerback Dane Jackson on the same drive.

But the strong finish to his day didn’t erase the drops from Coleman’s memory.

“You don’t move on, that (expletive) is still (ticking) me off,” Coleman said. “But it’s just, you gotta make the next play. You gotta go on.

“But I keep it in the back of my head. Like, I’ve got anger problems when it comes to that. So, you just, you don’t drop it. That’s the only thing that can get over it. You just keep going.”

And keep going he did. Coleman felt he was hitting on all cylinders Friday night.

“Pretty much everything (was working),” Coleman said. “Working my release, getting open and then quarterback giving me a catchable ball.”

Or it says that they are a satire site and none of their articles are true, just humorous stuff they make up.

Josh probably put a tracker on Keon’s phone so that he will always be first😜

Kinda like Clint Eastwood in heartbreak ridge always having a different shirt on so that his company did what he wanted😜

If Keon is the guy that he’s looked like in camp, he’s about to take a step. I went Tuesday. He and Tre were the best players on the field IMO. I’ll hold off on the gold jacket until games start but he looked good. He’s limited but that’s okay. If he can catch slants and go, he can be effective. That’s pretty much all Michael Thomas did and he had a great career.

Ima thinking it’s a lttle late to hold off on that gold jacket.

I’ll double down. I don’t see a second contract and the Bills may well trade/release him before that. Jerry Butler was a high pick at WR. Did everyone claim he’s young and give him time? No. He took the opportunity and RAN with it!

So you're saying you're not a fan?

Keon wants to show he is SERIOUS about his game. And what better role model than #17. I give him credit.

BUT show me the Touchdowns Keon. That's what matters really homey

And Eric Moulds, a first round pick, didn’t break out until year three so what’s your point again?

Slow your roll. We're all too busy trying to run Cook out of town first. Let's get that done this year, then we can move on to Coleman. But just a heads up, Coleman might have to wait until we're done with Kincaid.

Not your fault, we have a lot of hate to get out.
