He was a long shot to make the team, but was is in the hunt at #6/ST gunner. Hope its just a low ankle sprain, and 5-10 days he will be back. Shakir, Keon, Palmer, Samuel, and Moore will be the top 5 barring injury. Might give the Maryland rookie an outside shot now, with more reps. 2 Quote

Training camp/preseason is the time to dial this stuff in, our MVP isn't perfect but he did a great job playing within his strengths last season. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's a genuine issue in the regular season. 1 Quote
Bangarang Posted Sunday at 04:25 PM Posted Sunday at 04:25 PM Have yourself a day Keon. Hopefully he keeps stacking great days and turns into a legit #1 WR. 3 2 Quote

Allen has a howitzer for an arm but his deep ball accuracy has never been good. His strength is rocketing 20-30 yard passes into windows no one else can. 3 1 6 1 Quote

34-78-83 Posted Sunday at 04:34 PM Posted Sunday at 04:34 PM Just got back from camp. My top 5 observations were: - Coleman had a real nice day with zero drops, going up the ladder for the easy win on a few passes, and best of all, getting some separation at the top of his routes with some burst on a few. - Bass was 3 for 7 on a series of 47 yd fg’s. Sure it was in the rain, but no bueno. I’m still confident in him after his comeback last season, for now. - Milano sniffs out run plays at a very high rate. Very good read and react moments out there has him living in the backfield - Shavers made plays all morning, and was inserted with the 1’s more than expected ( Samuel with a DNP helped). Great hands and solid routes. Felt terrible when he went down with an ankle related injury on the absolute last play of practice. - Lorax was at practice today, and looks like he could still step on to the field! He and his son were out there. He signed a boatload of autographs and made his way into the practice field and could be seen coaching up some of the defensive players. Love that guy 13 2 7 Quote

HappyDays Posted Sunday at 04:41 PM Author Posted Sunday at 04:41 PM Joe Marino was at practice today. Here's the updates he texted out to subscribers: Quote - Bishop & Rapp are joined at the hip. I'd be stunned if that weren't the starting safety duo. - Shaq Thompson got plenty of first-team reps at LB with Bernard & D. Williams out today. Made several plays in coverage. Appears ahead of AT LEAST Ulofoshio right now. - Didn't see any first-team work for Elijah Moore. Surprising with Curtis Samuel out today. Tyrell Shavers received a lot of 1st-team work but was carted off with a leg injury. Looks serious. - AWESOME day for Keon Coleman. 2 3 Quote

Love that guy In regards to Bass, wonder how much of it is comfort with the holder?..certainly hasn't been any consistency in that area(punters) the last few years. 1 1 Quote
