I have an excellent meat thermometer (four probes with a Bluetooth reader) that I use for smoking meats. For years, my wife was either pregnant or taking IVF meds to get pregnant so I always erred on the side of caution by overcooking them. Now I’m just trying some stuff and trying to get it right.
