The real world.  My God what delusion.

I forgot.  The stock market only matters to real republicans.  trumpers not so much.  as commie callahan says, this is only for the "investor class".  sounds pretty socialistic to me.

Yes Biden caused the inflation the entire world is dealing with?  Very astute observation.   Social programs poised to destroy our civilization?  Impressive statement if your intent was to come off as ludicrous.  You fools have literally nothing other than lame right wing talking points lacking in fact.

The idiot Leftists in the world who shut down the Economy caused Supply Side inflation for a bit.  The stupid Leftist President the idiot Leftist "voters" installed, all 81m of them (16m more than St. OBAMA got) created society-level inflation by printing money and handing it out because he's (at-best) a feel-good simpleton who understood very little back then and obviously nothing now

What Joke did was actually worse.  He knew he had classified material for years, if not decades, and never gave it back.  That's willful possession, which is illegal.  He also kept it in wholly insecure locations and shared it with his ghostwriter, both of which are illegal as well.  Trump...just didn't give it back fast enough.

Again the Dems need to call off this witch hunt.  But it was never about being anything other than petty.

If you had read the report which I really encourage you to do because every time you post, you can see that you didn’t read the report

Biden has already said that he did not know about the documents. His staff handled them and he thought that it was taken care of. It’s in the report.

There is no there willful would be what Trump did, which is actually worse. He knew that he had the documents refused to give them up, move them whenever they came to get them, and still hung onto them. There might even be more that comes out of the trial.

Did he say, "On my word as a Biden." after he blamed his staffers?

"2) It's common for lawyers, judges and juries - not just neurologists - to assess memory problems."

Nope.  It's common for neuropecialists to examine patients involved in legal proceedings and report their detailed findings to the court - lawyers, judges and juries.  Dementia has many causes and delirium is an entirely different animal....

Many people other than a Virginia Quack MD and a bloviating Chicago attorney can recognize dementia.

That is absolutely not true

A lawyer for instance will bring in a specialist in the field and go by their findings. A lawyer on their own is not going to make that kind of determination with any kind of merit

Yup.  You don't need an official diagnosis to see the clear signs of dementia.  And the court of public opinion holds far greater sway.

As I said, it would have been better if Hur had reversed it and said he recommends charges but that he isn't senile.  If he wins re-election, charges can't come for another 5 years.  But saying he's too senile to be charged means he's too senile to be re-elected, if not remain President.

But you know what would put this to rest?  Joke taking a cognitive test (even better, live on air).  But they've rejected that idea, for obvious reasons.

Yeah John, I/we all know the excuse.  It's the same as it's always been.  I don't need to read a report.

It's bull####.  I know it, you know it, everyone knows it.  Hiding behind "you can't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt in a courtroom" is a cop-out.  But I realize it's what you (all) have to believe/lie about in order to keep the case against Trump alive and believe that somehow Joke is better.  Because once you admit he knew he had the classified material, his case is worse than Trump's from every angle.

Special counsel passes on charging Biden but paints damning portrait of him

https://www.yahoo.com/news/special-counsel-biden-classified-document-195615477.html

But while the report withheld condemnation of Biden on legal grounds, it presented a harsh portrait of his conduct and mental faculties. Biden improperly took classified material related to the 2009 Afghanistan troop surge and shared classified information with the ghostwriter of his 2017 memoir. The report also includes photos of classified documents in insecure places, including a cardboard box in Biden’s garage and a filing cabinet under his TV.

Biden’s memory lapse was a common theme throughout Hur’s report. He writes that Biden did not remember when he was vice president or, “even within several years,” when his son Beau died. Biden, Hur writes, “appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him.” He predicted that Biden’s attorneys “would emphasize these limitations in his recall” if they were called upon to defend him at trial.

“Mr. Biden’s memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023,” the report reads. “And his cooperation with our investigation, including by reporting to the government that the Afghanistan documents were in his Delaware garage, will likely convince some jurors that he made an innocent mistake, rather than acting willfully—that is, with intent to break the law—as the statute requires.”

But ...trump trump trump

In other news, lefties are still delusional lying pigs.

That F N Trump if he wasn't president before Joe none of this would have happened . Sorry Tibs & BT if i stole your thunder .

Biden special counsel Robert Hur’s resignation from DOJ makes his testimony “even more problematic”

Igor Derysh

Special counsel Robert Hur, who investigated and declined to charge former President Joe Biden over classified materials found in his home and office, resigned from the Justice Department and will appear as a private citizen in his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee, according to The Independent’s Andrew Feinberg.

Hur, a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney who was tapped to lead the Biden probe by Attorney General Merrick Garland, formally stepped down one day before his Tuesday appearance at the request of Republicans led by Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio. He drew criticism from Biden and the Democrats for criticizing the president’s memory in the report even as he declined to charge him.

Former Mueller prosecutor Andrew Weissmann explained that the Justice Department “cannot give instructions” to a former employee about what he “can and cannot testify to.”

“That makes it even more problematic from our perspective ... if he was still a federal employee, DOJ would have to approve his testimony and they’d be involved in his appearance tomorrow,” a Democratic Judiciary Committee source told The Independent.

Transcript of special counsel interview with Biden shows contradictions, issues of memory lapse

President Joe Biden showed memory lapses during his interview with special counsel Robert Hur, but he also recalled details about specific events during his time as vice president, according to a review of the transcript Tuesday.

The transcripts surfaced hours before Hur testifies before the House Judiciary Committee, after he declined to press charges against the president for his handling of classified documents, citing in his report that "Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

Biden also admitted to retaining documents from his more than 50 years in public office, and he said he couldn't keep track of everything, per The Associated Press.

The transcript shows Biden failing to recall or being able to answer specific questions at least 100 times, according to a review of the transcript by NPR. In one line of questioning about President Biden’s time after he left the vice presidency in early 2017, he struggled to remember the year of important events, like Donald Trump’s election in 2016 and the death of his son, Beau Biden, who died after a battle with brain cancer in 2015.

The sad thing about this is that Biden is too stupid to write his own book.  What a mess.

Which isn't aligned with the just a couple boxes in his garage that nobody ever goes into much so its secure story.  Apologists for Biden claiming the seclusion of the garage theory is a big distinction between the national security risk of exposing secrets via a publicly traversed Mar-A-Lago property and a factor in whether to indict or not indict got that narrative shredded . Lots of people with access to U of Delaware and Penn Center.  All these docs copied and sent to China in return for payments from CCP to the Bidens?  With no audit or log of visitors who knows.

But don't expect any of the self-proclaimed intellectual superiors armed with advanced levels of reading comprehension and stick up their ass superiority claims to admit to it absent water boarding interrogation or some other form of extreme torture.

Watch the national media ball-wash the story today.  "No evidence President Biden did anything incorrectly which would warrant legal actions.  But Trump?  Well, you know."
