You sure are mouthy for a guest in enemy territory.

We get all sorts of visiting fans from opposing teams. You sure are choosing to go about your business an...in interesting way.

Good luck to you, and good luck to your Bengals this Sunday.

I know I get a little too snarky with some of the antagonists, I'll try to do better.  I do hope for a injury free game for both teams and that any Bills fans attending to have a wonderful time.  Those I met last season were awesome people.

I despise those clowns. Probably even more than KC. The manufactured narratives are irritating (i.e., get your refunds) and aren't based in facts.

Get your refunds was totally manufactured, but the league didnt handle the situation well in our opinion and was low hanging fruit.

Either way this means Ra's al Ghul  needs to play

You'd think... except that Elam was never listed on the injury report and now he's on IR and (correct me if I'm wrong) is reportedly having surgery on that ankle.

I'm almost certain Elam has been on and off the injury report going back to camp and through the season. He was listed as questionable at least once I thought. He was listed as DNP on Wednesday

Wrong, Elam was on the injury report from week 7 onward.

Refute the fact that the Bengals are NOT hobbling injury wise?  Sure, we have no starters in danger of missing the game due to injuries.

As to the defense I have continually stated that we give up way too many yards.  It is kind of tricky stat wise though.

We were awful vs the Browns vs the run - but a closer look reveals that we held them to under 2 yds per carry 9 out of 10 times and then give up a 20 yarder a couple times. The offense did NOTHING and the game got away in the rain, vs a great oline and RB, and the 4th Qtr they just stomped us.
49ers had 365 yards passing, but 156 came on 3 drives vs prevent defense that ended in zero points.

We will always give up yards, we always have.  With Burrow and Higgins healthy hopefully the offense can stay on the field a little longer which will help.

Allen is always a dual threat and if he goes off I will not be surprised just because of who he is.

Nope not the injury part, just the Bengals defense giving up the most big plays per game in the league part. I think your bolded part above addresses it better than your “interesting take” reply from earlier to the poster whose main point seemed to be that the Bengals D is bad.

My brief research shows Bengals’ red zone defense is top 15, which probably helps balance out being the worst at giving up big plays.

FWIW, the Bills are toward the bottom of the league in giving up big plays but unlike Bengals most of those are runs. I’d have guessed the Bills have a worse red zone defense but ours is top 10.

We are the epitome of bend dont break, we give up a ton of yards at times.  Lou says "yards in stead of points".   Basically worked out ok the last couple of years.  Im not sure any stats can truly provide a clear picture of our team at this time.  The offense was so screwed up the first 6 weeks it impacted everything.
The Bills game will tell us if we have turned a corner or not.

Just once I’d like to see a DC whose philosophy is “Don’t bend, don’t break”

I couldnt agree more brother.  My only guess is that the rules favor the offense so much these days that the defense is playing with one hand tied behind its back.

JOE MIXON LISTED AS QUESTIONABLE.

Hopefully that dirt bag doesn't play.   Guy was involved in a domestic incident the day before the playoff game wasn't he?

He's a doosh and so is the fake Burrow. Total doosh. Can't wait to play them. Bills will be on fire baby.

Damn...Bills STILL best Pass Pro team in the NFL based on the composite rankings...

Run blocking not so shabby either...6th in the composite rankings...

This is a high level offense (largely due to our elite QB). I think the general fan base loses perspective when they aren’t operating at maximum efficiency.

We freak when we lose to the Pats, aren’t all together vs the Giants, etc.

At the end of the day, we need this team  humming in January. They’re going to be okay based on measurements such as these

I mean with Elam to IR, he pretty much has to at least dress unless they think Ingram knowing the defense is a better option.

Sal C claims it's nothing to worry about and he is healthy as denoted by no designation.

The OL has generally looked better than last year.  But I'm suspicious of any metric that says our OL is the very best at pass pro.

Agree, there would be a "questionable" designation assigned if it was bad.  Nobody is pulling a hammy Thur/Fri then playing on a Sunday.

IIRC LY, Gabe hurt his ankle Saturday (before Titans MNF) and listed as questionable.  Ultimately he didnt play.

All that to say, I think Benford is fine/prob missed a few reps that's all.
