Announcement Concerning 'Pelosi Federal Building' in San Francisco Explains Big Problem With Democrats

If there’s anywhere in the country that shows the bad results of years of bad Democratic policies, it’s San Francisco.

They can’t blame Republicans for what the once beautiful city has become — its downfall has been completely at the hands of the Democrats who have been in charge

You would have thought that having a high-profile person in a great position of authority for many years — former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi — that might have helped the city. But she’s been supportive of progressives, and the city has fallen to crime and drugs.

{snip}

But if you truly wanted another example of how bad it is in San Francisco, it would have to be this story.

Officials at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services advised hundreds of employees in San Francisco to work remotely for the foreseeable future due to public safety concerns outside the Nancy Pelosi Federal Building on Seventh Street.

The imposing, 18-story tower on the corner of Seventh and Mission streets houses various federal agencies, including HHS, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Transportation and the office of Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi. The area is also home to one of the city’s most brazen open-air drug markets, where dozens of dealers and users congregate on a daily basis.

HHS Assistant Secretary for Administration Cheryl R. Campbell issued the stay-home recommendation in an Aug. 4 memo to regional leaders.

“In light of the conditions at the (Federal Building) we recommend employees … maximize the use of telework for the foreseeable future,” Campbell wrote in the memo, a copy of which was obtained by The Chronicle.

What’s the name of that building? It’s the Nancy Pelosi Federal Building. Now let’s start with why anyone would name a building after Pelosi. But there’s so much crime that can’t even ensure the safety of the people that work there, they’re just telling them to stay home. Doesn’t that say everything in one appropriately named building? Here’s some video of what it’s allegedly like nearby. No wonder people are told to stay home.

Society in complete free fall

Adults stopped adulting about 30 years ago.

It’s only going to get worse.

But, we’ll be having far less kids to raise in this mess - that’s not a good thing.

On the flip side, fewer kids to mess up.

The best part was that little chick in the #29 jersey stopped pretty much the whole thing by herself.

I guess the build a new stadium to make tickets high enough to price out the rednecks theory is a bust.  They had a lot of fighting at the Stick too.

San Francisco Police Union Blasts Bakery for Refusing to Serve Cops in Uniform.

Reem’s California is an Arab-owned bakery that says it values social justice, one of the three core values listed on the establishment’s website.

In an Instagram post over the weekend, Reem’s doubled down on its refusal to serve police carrying guns.

“In a time of increased gun violence — particularly impacting people of color, youth and ***** people – we believe that maintaining a strict policy of prohibiting guns in our restaurant keeps us safer,” the statement said.

It isn’t just political policy allowing crime to devour San Francisco.

When this bakery gets robbed or the owner gets assaulted, I just hope the Cops don't show up. Let this idiot deal with criminals on his own.

San Francisco has become San Fran S**T Hole . Could it be the lack of consequences in the court system there ? Could it be the liberal thought to not be tough on crime ? It seems that the west coast is leading all things like this from Seattle to Southern Cali .

Anytime i have been there which is quite a bit with my job it is explained to me by "responsible adults" that utilize common sense that this is becoming more frequent because of those elected to be leaders being anything but that & being more afraid of being chastised by the people rather than standing up for what is right .

Law & order, real consequences for personal actions, & common sense are no longer in the forethought of these so called leaders minds . They are like the parents that try to be their children's friend & in no way setting a example of what truly is the difference between right & wrong then standing firm on those beliefs which use to be the American way but is no longer .

The criminals now have more rights that the people that abide by the law which is just wrong on all accounts !!

San Francisco Hits Record Overdose Deaths; 3 per Day from Fentanyl

San Francisco recorded more overdose deaths in August 2023 than in any other month since records started being kept in 2020, a sign of the city’s continuing struggles with drug abuse and the opioid pandemic on its streets.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported:

The number of overdose deaths in San Francisco jumped up yet again in August — to 84 from 74 in July — tying January as the single deadliest month for overdoses since the city started tracking these deaths in the beginning of 2020.

At the current pace, San Francisco is on track to see 845 overdose fatalities this year, topping 2020’s 725 deaths.

The numbers underscore how San Francisco officials continue to struggle to address the devastation of fentanyl on the city’s streets — a crisis that Health Director Dr. Grant Colfax called “distressing.” The last figures indicate people are dying from fentanyl overdoses at a rate of nearly three people a day.

Society completely gone.

One only needs to read the stupid posted by libs here to know that but here is more video evidence

This is why I don't sit in "cheap seats". I rarely go to events because I can't afford tickets often but I don't want to deal with kind of crap. It happened back in the 90s in Buffalo, especially against the Jets, but these seem out of control.
