Trump Is Just A Terrible President, Totally Unfit For The Job

Recommended Posts

11,000 Americans are dead. The US mortality rate is now 2.98%, up from 1.55% at 1,000 deaths. More than a thousand Americans are dying every day.

This *was* avoidable if Trump acted.

The United States has become the poster child of what not to do.

We still need:

  • a national lock down
  • mass testing with quick results
  • a coordinated response for allocating supplies to states impacted

This is just getting started in so many states. Simply unforgivable.

Tiny hands covered in blood.

When every "good" thing Trump has done fits in a 5 pane comic strip that might be a sign he's not doing enough

We have no idea the mortality rate because so few have been tested relative to the population.   Big cities where the vast majority of deaths occur were free to declare their own lockdowns at the city and state levels.  DiBlasio could have shut down public transportation but chose not to.  Cuomo could have acted sooner.   See, it's easy to assign blame from keyboard.

I'd love to see the documentation on that.

Really? Not Italy with double the cases per capita and a 12.5% mortality rate? Not Spain with almost triple the cases per capita and a nearly 10% mortality rate?

I doubt he/she was alive during H1N1 under Obama.  Where over 60 million got infected and 12,469 died.

Try looking again,

Trump is not the subject of the political cartoon.

You folks always try and twist that.

Today, apparently it is not whether 1 + 1 = 2. It's about how you feel about it equaling 2....

You really have nothing, do you?

It's all feelings - just wait until hit home bro.

Thoughts and prayers, of course

Right, because I have never experienced the death of a friend or family member. Of course, I'm sure it is much more tragic for people if the death is from the coronavirus than say, cancer, heart disease, the flu, diabetes, murder, a crash with a drunken driver, etc., etc....

I'm sure the loved ones of the 40,000 to 50,000 people who will die this month from some other cause will take solace in the fact that it wasn't from the coronavirus.
