Jordan clearly has no idea how the law works or what a conspiracy to break the law is.

He just doesn't care. He is quoting the president as truth, which is laughable and then juggling events to make it look like everything worked they way it was suppose to. But what really happened was they got caught and released the aid.

i am glad i don't live in the world you apparently would have us live in. one where conjecture and not facts convict.

my conjecture is that you're guilty of being obtuse and as such should be banned from the board for life.

see how that works???

Exactly.

If someone plans to blow up a building (buys explosives, stakes out the target, etc) and then doesn't do it for whatever reason, their intent can still make them guilty of a crime. That's where the conspiracy kicks in.

In this case, Trump's intent for 2.5 years was to get the Ukrainians to dig up dirt on Biden, and the only reason the meeting never happened was because they got caught by the whistle blower.

So, the bottom line of this clown show is that they all feel that Trump is guilty, but they have to keep changing the crime he's guilty of because of that pesky burden of proof?

In the past 3 weeks, Trump has been conclusively guilty of:

Quid pro quo, then

Extortion, then

Bribery, now back to

Quid pro quo... but now he was exchanging dirt on Biden for a meeting instead of foreign aid.

Morons on the left actually think they're winning... Amazing.

Thank God': Putin thrilled U.S. 'political battles' over Ukraine taking focus off Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin says he’s pleased that the “political battles” in Washington have put on the back-burner accusations that Russia interfered in U.S. elections.

"Thank God,” he told an economic forum in the Russian capital on Wednesday, “no one is accusing us of interfering in the U.S. elections anymore; now they’re accusing Ukraine."

Some Republicans have used the public hearings to tout a discredited conspiracy theory that blames Ukraine, not Russia, for interfering in the U.S.’s 2016 presidential election.

c-span has a burp during the exchange (Conaway from Texas (R) pointed it out) about the D congressman calling for a boycott of Sondland's hotel in Oregon as a way to intimidate him into testifying "correctly".  Who was the Democratic congressman that called for the boycott?
