They should plow forward full steam ahead with impeachment and let the Senate take it up as our nation's national security is in peril. If our National Security has been endangered to the level they have emphatically stated is has been, it would be reckless and a dereliction of duty to step away at this point given concerns about the security of our nation. We can define a civil war as a conflict or competition between political factions or regions within the same country to take over the reins of governance without due process. And if we don’t see it as a war, we lose. Why? Because we then think it’s about Mr. Trump or his administration. It isn’t. .
