They may as well go with Cliff Richard if they don't  upgrade from Tannehill

I'm giving you a thumbs up but I do wonder how many posters will know who Cliff Richard is!

Yeah, he was a guy I liked last time.  Be interesting to see who his OC is.

Nothing that one of those YouTube thingies wouldn't fix.

I concur, so I hope their GM ends up sucking

I think it’s still Chris Grier. They “reassigned” Tannenbaum (sounds like Office Space)

Mike Grier’s brother!

Honestly, I never take Miami seriously.  I love offensive head coaches but I just think he is going to be a good one.

Tanney is definitely in the basement and yeah it is Grier. I still hope he sucks :)

I’m not scared by this. He’s a Seattle guy in the mold of Quinn and Bradley.

Not to say he isn’t going to be a good coach, but I’ll wait to see before being worried.

The bigger fear here is that he will draw some of that Dallas talent like Lawrence and Lee. That could hurt us going forward.

Love his fire and enthusiasm.  While it’s an imooortant hire, who he brings in as OC and what he does at QB are just as important.

Wouldnt worry about lawrence or lee. Lee is shot and i doubt they let lawrence go

I think you may be "just a little in love" with Kris Richard as a HC.

Quality hire if true. Richard was once in the same state as McVay.

Never trust someone who spells Chris with a K, and no H.

2/12 HC in the NFL playoffs are defensive guys (Belicheat and Pete Carroll).

Not worried at all.

Dolphins need a rebuild, including a new QB. So I'm not too concerned with them and won't be for the next couple of years.
