I understand he hasn't been a tight end very long but it was terrible. Thomas isn't very good either. He seems to be improving. I don't see the fuss about Croom. He's practice squad material imo. O’Leary played 35 games in his three years with Buffalo and caught 22 passes last year – two of them for touchdowns.
