The building is still there. It went back to being a warehouse/factory.  It is located on the South side of Walden  behind Custom Carpets across from the Walmart (where the GEX/Flea Market used to be).

The old Uncle Sam's building was demolished in 2015. remember it had a curved roof. no buildings exist like that at 2525 Walden Ave.

This was a write up that appeared in the newspaper:

A piece of Buffalo music history quietly came to an end last week. The warehouse complex at 2525 Walden Avenue which housed Uncle Sam’s, one of the area’s more popular nightclubs for music, concerts and dancing during the 70's and 80's was demolished. Many artist's such as The Pretenders, Joan Jett and of course Buffalo's own Talas graced the stage at Uncle Sam's.

Plans to redevelop a complex of warehouses across from where a new Walmart Supercenter is being built on Walden Avenue were approved Monday night by the Cheektowaga Town Board.

The project by Benderson Development Co. at 2525-2535 Walden calls for demolishing an existing 91,655-square-foot warehouse and converting an existing 21,041-square-foot warehouse into retail space. A new 78,486-square-foot warehouse and 13,090-square-foot office building will be constructed.

The warehouse complex in the 1970s and ’80s housed Uncle Sam’s, one of the area’s more popular nightclubs for music, concerts and dancing."
